도 2는 도 1과 동일하나, 단 시험물질 대신에 비교물질을 처리하여 수행한 결과이다.

- 율무, 당귀, 강황, 결명자 및 감초를 추출물, 농축액, 분말 또는 즙액 중 한 가지 이상 형태의 복합 식초원료를 제조하는 단계로, 상기 식초원료의 당도는 17 내지 24 브릭스이고;
상기 제조된 식초 원료에 곡물 유래의 당도 40 내지 60 브릭스의 당을 첨가하는 단계로, 상기 식초 원료는 10 내지 20 부피%로 포함되며, 상기 당은 20 내지 40 부피%로 포함되고;
상기 복합 식초원료에 당이 첨가된 재료에 사카로마이세스 서레비시에를 접종하여 교반하지 않은 정체를 통한 혐기조건에서 1차 발효하는 단계; 및
상기 1차 발효물에 아세토박터 아세티를 접종하여 교반하는 호기조건에서 2차 발효하는 단계를 포함하는, 복합 생약 식초 제조방법.

상기 1차 발효에서 사카로마이세스 서레비시에는 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%로 접종되고, 상기 혐기조건은 교반없이 28 내지 30℃에서 30 내지 50시간 동안 수행되며,
상기 2차 발효에서 아세토박터 아세티는 1x107CFU ~ 1x108 CFU로 접종되고; 그리고 상기 호기조건은 26 내지 30℃에서 24 내지 48시간 동안 교반하면서 수행되는 것인, 복합 생약 식초 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 발효물의 알콜 도수를 10 부피% 이상으로 맞추는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 복합 생약 식초 제조방법.
- 제 7 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 복합 생약 발효 식초.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 식초는 항비만 및 고지혈증과 대사질환의 개선을 위한, 건강보조식품, 기능성 식품, 또는 식품첨가제로 제공되는, 복합 생약 발효 식초.
- 제 12 항에 따른 상기 복합 생약 발효 식초를 포함하는 항비만 및 고지혈증과 대사질환의 개선능이 있는 기능성 음료.
