Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분광 광도계 분석을 위한 장치의 구성요소들의 개념도이다.
도 2는 샘플이 샘플 수용 표면상에 인가될 수 있도록 하기 위한 샘플 수용 표면으로부터 이격된 샘플 접촉 표면을 도시하는 도 1의 장치의 샘플 홀더의 사시도이다.
도 3은 분광 광도계 측정들을 수행하기 위해 샘플과 접촉되는 샘플 접촉 표면을 도시하는 샘플 홀더의 측면도이다.
도 4는 샘플 수용 표면과 샘플 접촉 표면 사이의 거리를 제어하기 위한 돌출부들을 도시하는 샘플 수용 표면의 평면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 분광 광도계(spectrophotometric) 분석 장치를 위한 샘플 홀더로서,
제 1 광 투과 영역을 갖는 샘플 수용 표면;
제 2 광 투과 영역을 갖는 샘플 접촉 표면 ― 상기 표면들은 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치 사이에서 상대적 이동을 위해 접속되고, 상기 제 1 위치에서 상기 접속된 표면들은 상기 제 1 광 투과 영역에 샘플이 수용되도록 이격되며, 상기 제 2 위치에서 상기 제 1 및 제 2 광 투과 영역들은 상기 샘플을 통한 상이한 광학 경로 길이들을 획득하기 위해 상기 광 투과 영역들 사이의 상기 샘플의 두께를 변화시키도록 이동가능하면서, 상기 수용된 샘플과 긴밀한 접촉 및 압착을 유지함 ― ; 및
상기 표면들 사이의 샘플 두께가 상기 샘플을 통한 상이한 광학 경로 길이들에서 상기 샘플의 적어도 2 회의 측정들을 획득하기 위해 변화될 수 있도록, 상기 제 2 위치에서 상기 샘플 접촉 표면과 상기 샘플 수용 표면 사이의 거리를 제어하기 위해 배치되는 샘플 두께 제어기 ― 상기 제 2 위치에서 상기 샘플의 두께를 변화시키기 위한, 힌지에 대한 아치형 이동을 위하여 상기 샘플 접촉 표면은 상기 샘플 수용 표면에 힌지 접속됨(hingedly connected) ― 를 포함하는, 샘플 홀더. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 샘플 두께 제어기는 상기 샘플 수용 표면 또는 상기 샘플 접촉 표면 중 하나로부터 연장되는 조절가능한 돌출부를 포함하고, 이에 의하여 상기 제 2 위치에서, 상기 샘플 수용 표면과 상기 샘플 접촉 표면 사이의 거리는 상기 돌출부가 연관된 표면으로부터 연장되는 거리의 조절에 의해 제어되는, 샘플 홀더. - 제 2 항에 있어서,

내부에 유지되는 샘플의 분광 광도계 분석을 수행하기 위해 샘플 홀더의 내부에 광학적으로 결합된 검출 장치(detection arrangement) ― 상기 샘플 홀더는 청구항 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 샘플 홀더임 ―
를 포함하며, 상기 장치는 상이한 경로 길이들에서 수행되는 적어도 2 회의 측정들로부터의 출력들을 수신하도록 배치된 산술 유닛을 더 포함하고, 상기 산술 유닛은 동일한 파장에 대한 2개의 경로 길이들에서 수신된 출력들의 비율에 따른 값을 계산하고, 계산된 값으로부터 상기 샘플 내의 관심 물질의 정량적 및 정성적 표시 중 하나 또는 둘 모두를 생성하도록 추가로 구성되는, 분광 광도계 분석을 위한 장치.
