Abstract
Un aparato para el análisis espectrofotométrico que comprende una superficie de recepcion de la muestra, la cual está dispuesta para recibir una muestra para ser analizada, y una superficie de contacto de la muestra, la cual es movible con relacion a la superficie de recepcion de la muestra, tal que puede traerse a una primera posicion, en donde las superficies son suficientemente lejos aparte para permitir poner la muestra en la superficie de recepcion de la muestra, y una segunda posicion donde la superficie de contacto de la muestra hace contacto con la muestra y comprime a la muestra. El aparato además comprende un controlador de espesor de la muestra, el cual está dispuesto para controlar la distancia entre la superficie de recepcion de la muestra y la superficie de contacto de la muestra en la segunda posicion de la superficie de contacto de la muestra, tal que un espesor de la muestra entre las superficies puede cambiarse para obtener por lo menos dos medidas de la muestra a diferentes longitudes de trayectoria opticas a través de la muestra.
