Claims (11)
- 구멍부를 가지는 제 1 부재와,이 제 1 부재와의 사이에 소정의 압입대를 가지고, 상기 제 1 부재와 동일 재질의 재료로 이루어지는 제 2 부재를 이용하고,상기 제 1 부재의 구멍부를 원형으로 형성하는 한편, 상기 제 2 부재를 원형의 축 몸체로 형성하고,상기 재료로서 페라이트 조직을 가지는 탄소강, 오스테나이트 조직을 가지는 합금강 혹은 페라이트 조직을 가지는 합금강을 이용하며,상기 제 1 부재의 구멍부 내에 상기 제 2 부재를 소정의 압력으로 누르는 동시에, 이들 양 부재 사이에 통전하여 양자의 접합부에 전기저항열을 발생시키고, 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 구멍부에 압입하여, 상기 제 2 부재와 상기 구멍부의 양 벽면 끼리가 미끄러지는 방향의 이동에 의해 아이어닝(ironing)되는 것에 의하여 표면의 층이 깎여져 청정화된 접합계면을 형성시키고, 또한 이 접합을 고상상태의 접합으로 한 압입접합을 실시하고,상기 압입접합에 의하여 접합부에 소성변형이 생기고 동시에 담금질이 가해진 접합부재를, 통상의 가열로 또는 연속로에 의하여 A1 변태점 이상 또는 재결정 이상의 온도로, 동시에 확산 어닐링 온도 1150℃보다 낮은 온도로, 1시간 이상 3 시간 이내의 시간으로 가열 유지하여 어닐링을 실시하여, 이 열처리에 의해 접합부를 분산·소멸시켜, 상기 압입접합에 의해 접합한 양 부재의 접합부에 있어서의 금속조직을 일체화 또는 균질화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압입접합에 있어서의 열처리방법.
