본 발명은 화장품용 방부제 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 기존의 화학적 성분으로 이루어진 합성 방부제와 달리 천연 생약 추출물을 혼합하여 화장품에 함유함으로서 인체의 피부자극 및 부작용 기타 환경오염과 더불어 피부 질환을 예방할 수 있도록 한 화장품용 방부제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서,
본 발명의 구체적인 해결적 수단은, "한약재인 황백, 바위솔, 창출, 반하, 양제근 전부를 혼합하여 이루어진 것과,
상기 한약재를 각각 분말화하여 혼합한 혼합물에 물과 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올, 부탄올, 펜탄올, 헥산올, 헵탄올, 옥탄올, 데칸올, 글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 펜틸렌글리콜, 헥실렌글리콜, 글리세린, 디프로필렌글리콜, 카프릴릴글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜중 어느 하나를 혼합한 용매를 첨가하여 이루어진 것과,
상기 황백 200g, 바위솔 200g, 창출 200g, 반하 200g, 양제근 200g 각각을 분말화한 혼합물에 물과 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올, 부탄올, 펜탄올, 헥산올, 헵탄올, 옥탄올, 데칸올, 글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 펜틸렌글리콜, 헥실렌글리콜, 글리세린, 디프로필렌글리콜, 카프릴릴글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜중 어느 하나를 중량비 2 : 8의 비율로 혼합한 용매를 혼합하여 0.001~20.000%(w/v)의 농도범위내로 유지하여 이루어진 것과,
