상기 제3조성물에 정제수 100 중량부를 기준으로 연근추출물 4~6 중량부, 바이오사카라이드검-1 0.4~0.6 중량부, 폴리글루타믹애씨드 0.1~0.3중량부, 마치현추출물 1~3 중량부, 아세틸헥사펩타이드-8 0.1~0.3 중량부, 글리세릴폴리메타크릴레이트 0.1~0.3 중량부, 팔미토일올리고펩타이드 0.009~0.011중량부, 프로필렌글라이콜 0.1~0.3중량부, 향료 0.09~0.11중량부의 성분을 혼합하여 이루어진 유효성분과 정제수 100중량부를 기준으로 페녹시에탄올 0.2~0.4 성분을 혼합으로 이루어진 방부제를 혼합하되, 상기 연근추출물은 에탄올 70~90 중량부와 건조 연근 10~30 중량부를 혼합한 다음 80℃로 끓인 후 여과지를 통과시킨 다음 환류 추출하여 활성 성분인 nor-nuciferine 성분을 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 연근 추출물이 함유된 화장품 제조방법.
