Claims (9)
- 결착 수지, 착색제, 대전제어제, 및 이형제를 포함하는 전자사진용 토너에 있어서,상기 토너의 정착온도보다 40℃ 낮은 온도 내지 정착온도보다 10℃ 낮은 온도 범위에서 DLogη*/DT가 절대값 0.02 이상이고,상기 토너의 정착온도보다 10℃ 낮은 온도 내지 정착온도보다 10℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 DLogη*/DT가 절대값 0.05 이하이며,상기 토너의 정착온도에서의 복소점도(η*)가 5.0×101 Pa·s 내지 1.0×102 Pa·s인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자사진용 토너가 장착된 화상 형성 장치의 정착기의 각속도가 5 내지 10 rad/s인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너 정착온도보다 10℃ 낮은 온도에서 응력 완화(stress relaxation)는 300 내지 1,000 Pa·s인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자사진용 토너의 특화 활성화 에너지(Activation energy)가 20 내지 80 KJ/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정착 온도보다 20℃ 낮은 온도 내지 정착온도에서 손실 탄성율/저장 탄성율의 손실 탄젠트 (tan) δ가 1보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너의 정착온도보다 40℃ 낮은 온도 내지 정착온도보다 10℃ 낮은 온도 범위에서 DLogη*/DT의 절대값이 0.02 내지 0.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너의 정착온도보다 10℃ 낮은 온도 내지 정착온도보다 10℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 DLogη*/DT의 절대값이 0.001 내지 0.005인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 정전잠상이 형성된 감광체 표면에 토너를 부착시켜 가시상을 형성하고 상기 가시상을 전사재에 전사하는 공정을 포함하는 화상 형성 방법에 있어서, 상기 토너로서 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 전자사진용 토너를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성방법.
- 유기감광체, 유기감광체의 표면을 대전하는 수단, 유기감광체의 표면에 정전 잠상을 형성하는 수단, 토너를 수용하는 수단, 상기 토너를 공급하여 유기감광체 표면의 정전 잠상을 현상하여 톤 화상을 현상하는 수단, 및 상기 톤 화상을 감광체 표면에서 전사재에 전사하는 수단을 포함하는 화상 형성 장치에 있어서, 상기 토너가 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 전자사진용 토너인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
