Claims (2)
- 고장초 분말 2~15중량%와, 양파 추출액 10~60중량%와, 마늘 추출액 3~20중량%와, 포공영 추출액 5~20중량%와, 도라지 추출액 3~20중량%와, 구찌뽕 추출액 1~15중량%와, 산수유 추출액 1~15중량%와, 생강 추출액 2~15중량%와, 쑥 추출액 2~10중량%와, 당귀 추출액 2~15중량%와, 한련초 추출액 3~20중량%와, 하수오 추출액 2~8중량%, 천궁 추출액 2~10중량%가 혼합된 상태에서 농축 및 살균되어 제조됨을 특징으로 한 건강 약차.
- 고장초, 산수유, 양파, 마늘, 포공영, 도라지, 구찌뽕, 생강, 쑥, 당귀, 한련초, 하수오, 천궁을 세척하는 단계와; 세척된 고장초, 산수유, 양파, 마늘, 포공영, 도라지, 구찌뽕, 생강, 쑥, 당귀, 한련초, 하수오, 천궁을 일정크기로 절단하는 단계와; 절단한 양파 10~60중량%와, 마늘 3~20중량%와, 포공영 5~20중량%와, 도라지 3~20중량%와, 구찌뽕 1~15중량%와, 생강 2~15중량%와, 쑥 2~10중량%와, 당귀 2~15중량%와, 한련초 3~20중량%와, 하수오 2~8중량%, 천궁 2~10중량%의 혼합비율로 혼합한 후 상온에서 10~30분 동안 교반하는 단계와; 혼합한 혼합물을 45~100℃에서 2~24시간 동안 추출장치에 넣어 추출하는 단계와; 추출한 추출액을 8~45브릭스의 농도를 갖도록 농축하는 단계와; 농축한 농축액을 여과장치에 넣어 이물질을 여과하는 단계와; 여과한 농축액에 고장초 분말 2~15중량%와 산수유 추출액 1~15중량%를 혼합한 후 50~100℃에서 가열하여 45~85브릭스의 농도를 갖도록 농축하는 단계와; 농축한 농축액을 25℃로 냉각한 후 33~40℃에서 24~150시간 동안 발효시키는 단계와; 발효된 원액을 살균처리한 후 포장하는 단계를; 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한 건강 약차의 제조방법.
