Claims (19)
- 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 심부와, 탄소 섬유를 포함하고 상기 심부의 외주면을 덮는 외주부를 구비하는 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사이며, 상기 심부를 구성하는 섬유의 20 질량% 이상이 섬유 길이 500 ㎜ 이상의 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유이고, 상기 외주부를 구성하는 섬유의 80 질량% 이상이 섬유 길이 500 ㎜ 미만의 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유이고, 상기 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유와 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유의 질량비(장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유:단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유)가 20:80 내지 80:20인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유가 피치계 이방성 탄소 섬유, 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소 섬유 및 레이온계 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄소 섬유인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유가 피치계 등방성 탄소 섬유 또는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소 섬유 또는 이들 둘다인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유가 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소 섬유이고, 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유가 피치계 등방성 탄소 섬유인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유에서의 섬유 길이가 150 ㎜ 이상 500 ㎜ 미만인 탄소 섬유의 비율이 3 내지 30 질량%인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외주부가 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 연사에 의해 구성되어 있고, 상기 연사가 상기 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 심부와 함께 꼬임으로써, 상기 심부의 외주면이 상기 연사로 덮여 있는 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제6항에 있어서, 꼬임수가 50 내지 400회/m인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유의 밀도가 1.7 내지 2.3 g/㎤이고, 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유의 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.8 g/㎤인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1000 m당의 질량(tex)이 30 내지 150 g인 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 30 질량% 이상 함유하는 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사 직물.
- 섬유 길이 500 ㎜ 미만의 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유를 80 질량% 이상 함유하는 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유 다발을 연신하여 가연할 때, 섬유 길이 500 ㎜ 이상의 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유를 20 질량% 이상 함유하는 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유 다발과 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유 다발을, 상기 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유와 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유의 질량비(장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유:단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유)가 20:80 내지 80:20이 되도록 혼방하고, 상기 단섬유 길이 탄소 섬유 다발을 포함하는 외주부를 구성하는 연사가 상기 장섬유 길이 탄소 섬유 다발을 포함하는 심부의 외주면을 권회하여 이루어지는 제1항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 얻는, 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 심부와, 탄소 섬유를 포함하고 상기 심부의 외주면을 덮는 외주부를 구비하는 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 고체 고분자 전해질형 연료 전지용 가스 확산체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 항공우주용 복합 재료 보강재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 C/C 콤퍼지트재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 히터.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 성형 단열재용 보강재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 단열재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 접동재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 탄소 섬유 방적사를 구비하는 도전재.
