Claims (11)
- 양극 및 음극과,상기 양극과 상기 음극과의 사이에 협지되는 유기 화합물로 이루어진 층을 포함하고,상기 유기 화합물로 이루어진 층은 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 하나에 따른 축합환 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 축합환 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 유기 화합물로 이루어진 층이 발광층인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 기재된 유기 발광 소자와, 상기 유기 발광 소자에 접속하는 박막 트랜지스터를 기판에 가지는 구조체.
- 제8항에 기재된 유기 발광 소자와, 컬러 필터막을 기판에 가지는 구조체.
