Claims (6)
- 표면에 용사 피막을 갖는 강판 제조용 반송 롤이며,상기 용사 피막이 세라믹 성분 함유율 80 vol% 이하의 서멧 또는 내열 합금으로 이루어지고, 상기 용사 피막 상에 용사 금속, Cr, Si, Zr, Al 중 어느 1종류 또는 2종류 이상으로 이루어지는 산화물층을 갖고, 상기 산화물층의 표면을 JISB0633에 준거하여 컷 오프값을 초기값으로 설정하여 측정한 거칠기 파라미터 R과, 컷 오프값을 상기 초기값의 1/10으로 설정하여 측정한 거칠기 파라미터 R'와의 비 R/R'가 4 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 거칠기 파라미터 R, R'은 산술 평균 거칠기 Ra, 제곱 평균 평방근 거칠기 Rq, 거칠기 곡선의 최대 산 높이 Rp, 거칠기 곡선의 최대 골 깊이 Rv, 최대 높이 거칠기 Rz 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 롤.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 롤 모재 표면과 용사 피막 사이에 내열 합금의 하지층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물층의 두께가 0.01 ㎛ 이상 10 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 롤.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 반송 롤을 사용한 연속 어닐링로용 하스 롤이며,컷 오프값을 2.5 ㎜로 설정하여 측정한 외주의 스트레이트부의 거칠기 파라미터 Ra가 2 ㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 어닐링로용 하스 롤.
- 제5항에 있어서, 외주의 축 방향 중앙 부분에 스트레이트부를 갖고, 상기 스트레이트부의 양측에 테이퍼부를 마련하고, 컷 오프값을 0.8 ㎜로 설정하여 측정한 상기 테이퍼부의 거칠기 파라미터 Ra가 0.1 내지 2 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 어닐링로용 하스 롤.
