Claims (6)
- 트레일링암이 결합된 토션빔이 안착되는 베이스;상기 베이스에 설치되고 상기 트레일링암과 상기 토션빔의 연결부위에 용접되는 토션빔패널을 커버하여 용접작업에 의해 발생되는 불꽃이 상기 토션빔패널에 접촉되는 것을 억제하는 커버부를 포함하고;상기 토션빔패널의 고정홀부에 설치되는 체결부재의 결합여부를 판단하는 센싱부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔패널 용접장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센싱부는,상기 베이스에 이동 가능하게 설치되고 상기 토션빔패널의 고정홀부에 설치되는 체결부재와 접촉되는 감지봉;상기 감지봉을 상기 체결부재 측으로 가압하는 탄성부재; 및상기 감지봉의 위치를 감지하여 불량신호를 송신하는 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔패널 용접장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 커버부는 상기 감지봉에 설치되고 상기 감지봉이 상기 체결부재에 접촉될 때에 상기 고정홀부에 삽입되는 차단핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔패널 용접장치.
- 고정홀부에 체결부재가 결합된 토션빔패널을 트레일링암과 토션빔의 연결부위에 안착시키는 안착단계;상기 고정홀부를 덮는 커버단계;상기 고정홀부에 상기 체결부재가 결합되었는지 판단하는 감지단계; 및상기 토션빔 및 상기 트레일링암과 상기 토션빔패널을 용접하는 용접단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔패널 용접방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 커버단계는 상기 고정홀부에 차단핀이 삽입되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔패널 용접방법.
