Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种后拖曳臂焊接夹具,包括底板,所述底板的上面左侧设置有双定位压紧组件,底板的上面右侧设置有定位压紧组件,所述双定位压紧组件和定位压紧组件之间设置有固定装置,固定装置的右侧设置有定位装置。通过双定位压紧组件和定位压紧组件对后拖曳臂进行固定,并且安装固定装置和定位装置确保后拖曳臂方便焊接,提高工作效率,并且安装圆形吊钩,方便移动夹具。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹具,尤其涉及一种后拖曳臂焊接夹具。
背景技术
后拖曳臂是汽车底盘上的一个关健零件,在焊接后拖曳臂时,由于后拖曳臂的形状不规则,焊接工人在焊接时十分麻烦,并且使用一般的定位夹紧机构无法完全夹紧后拖曳臂,造成焊接效率低下。因此,解决后拖曳臂焊接时装夹困难的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于装夹后拖曳臂的后拖曳臂焊接夹具,通过多个定位夹紧机构将不规则的后拖曳臂夹紧,进而满足焊接需要,解决了后拖曳臂焊接时装夹困难的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种后拖曳臂焊接夹具,包括底板,所述底板的上面左侧设置有双定位压紧组件,底板的上面右侧设置有定位压紧组件,所述双定位压紧组件和定位压紧组件之间设置有固定装置,固定装置的右侧设置有定位装置。
进一步改进在于:所述底板的左右两侧设置有连接法兰,连接法兰通过螺丝安装在底板的两端。
进一步改进在于:所述底板上设置基准套,所述基准套的数量至少为四个,且平均设置在底板的四角处。
进一步改进在于:所述底板的四角设置有圆环吊钩。
本发明的有益效果:通过双定位压紧组件和定位压紧组件对后拖曳臂进行固定,并且安装固定装置和定位装置确保后拖曳臂方便焊接,提高工作效率,并且安装圆形吊钩,方便移动夹具。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种后拖曳臂焊接夹具,包括底板1,所述底板1的上面左侧设置有双定位压紧组件2,底板1的上面右侧设置有定位压紧组件3,所述双定位压紧组件2和定位压紧组件3之间设置有固定装置4,固定装置4的右侧设置有定位装置5。所述底板1的左右两侧设置有连接法兰6,连接法兰6通过螺丝安装在底板1的两端。所述底板1上设置基准套7,所述基准套7的数量为四个,且平均设置在底板的四角处。所述底板1的四角设置有圆环吊钩8。通过双定位压紧组件2和定位压紧组件3对后拖曳臂进行固定,并且安装固定装置4和定位装置5确保后拖曳臂方便焊接,提高工作效率,并且安装圆形吊钩8,方便移动夹具。

1.一种后拖曳臂焊接夹具,其特征在于:包括底板(1),所述底板(1)的上面左侧设置有双定位压紧组件(2),底板(1)的上面右侧设置有定位压紧组件(3),所述双定位压紧组件(2)和定位压紧组件(3)之间设置有固定装置(4),固定装置(4)的右侧设置有定位装置(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的后拖曳臂焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的左右两侧设置有连接法兰(6),连接法兰(6)通过螺丝安装在底板(1)的两端。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的后拖曳臂焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述底板(1)上设置基准套(7),所述基准套(7)的数量至少为四个,且平均设置在底板的四角处。
4.如权利要求1或2任意一项所述的后拖曳臂焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的四角设置有圆环吊钩(8)。
