Claims (13)
- 압축기(26)와 열원측 열교환기(44)와 열원측 팽창밸브(36)가 접속된 열원측 회로(14)를 갖는 열원유닛(64)과,상기 열원유닛(64)보다 아래쪽에 설치됨과 더불어, 이용측 열교환기(41)와 이용측 팽창밸브(51)가 접속된 이용측 회로(11)를 갖는 이용유닛(61)을 구비하며,상기 열원측 회로(14)와 상기 이용측 회로(11)가 접속된 냉매회로(10)에서 상기 열원측 열교환기(44)가 응축기가 되고 상기 이용측 열교환기(41)가 증발기가 되도록 냉매를 순환시키는 냉각운전을 행하는 냉동장치에 있어서,상기 냉매회로(10)에서는, 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(36)와 상기 이용측 팽창밸브(51)가 액측 연결배관(15)을 통해 접속되는 한편,상기 냉각운전 중에 상기 이용측 팽창밸브(51)로 유입되는 냉매의 압력이 소정의 압력기준값 이하로 되도록, 상기 열원유닛(64)으로부터 유출하는 냉매의 압력이 상기 열원유닛(64)의 설치위치와 상기 이용유닛(61)의 설치위치와의 고저차에 기초하여 설정된 냉각운전 시의 제어목표값인 압력목표값으로 되도록 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(36)의 개방도를 제어하는 열원측 개방도 제어수단(53)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 압축기(26)와 열원측 열교환기(44)와 열원측 팽창밸브(36)가 접속된 열원측 회로(14)를 갖는 열원유닛(64)과,상기 열원유닛(64)보다 아래쪽에 설치됨과 더불어, 이용측 열교환기(41)와 이용측 팽창밸브(51)가 접속된 이용측 회로(11)를 갖는 이용유닛(61)을 구비하며,상기 열원측 회로(14)와 상기 이용측 회로(11)가 접속된 냉매회로(10)에서 상기 열원측 열교환기(44)가 응축기가 되고 상기 이용측 열교환기(41)가 증발기가 되도록 냉매를 순환시키는 냉각운전을 행하는 냉동장치에 있어서,상기 냉매회로(10)에서는, 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(36)와 상기 이용측 팽창밸브(51)가 액측 연결배관(15)을 통해 접속되는 한편,상기 냉각운전 중에 상기 이용측 팽창밸브(51)로 유입되는 냉매의 압력이 소정의 압력기준값 이하로 되도록, 상기 열원측 팽창 밸브(36)의 냉매의 압력 손실이 상기 열원유닛(64)의 설치위치와 상기 이용유닛(61)의 설치위치와의 고저차에 기초하여 설정된 냉각운전 시의 제어목표값인 손실목표값으로 유지되도록 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(36)의 개방도를 제어하는 열원측 개방도 제어수단(53)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 이용유닛(61)은, 복수 대 배치되며 상기 열원유닛(64)에 대하여 병렬로 접속되고,상기 냉각운전 시의 제어목표값은, 상기 열원유닛(64)의 설치위치와 가장 아래쪽에 설치된 최하설치 이용유닛(61)의 설치위치와의 고저차에 기초하여 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 냉각운전과, 상기 냉매회로(10)에서 상기 열원측 열교환기(44)가 증발기가 되고 상기 이용측 열교환기(41)가 응축기가 되도록 냉매를 순환시키는 가열운전을 선택적으로 행하도록 구성되는 한편,상기 가열운전 중 복수 대의 이용유닛(61) 중에, 냉매유량이 능력을 발휘하는데 필요한 유량을 밑도는 적은 유량의 이용유닛(61)이 존재하면, 이 적은 유량의 이용유닛(61) 이외의 이용유닛(61)의 이용측 팽창밸브(51)의 개방도를 축소하는 개방도 축소동작을 행하는 이용측 개방도 제어수단(38, 54)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 가열운전 중의 이용측 개방도 제어수단(38, 54)은, 상기 이용측 팽창밸브(51)의 개방도가 소정값 이상이 된 이용유닛(61)을 상기 적은 유량 이용유닛(61)인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 가열운전 중에 이용측 개방도 제어수단(38, 54)이 상기 개방도 축소동작을 실행할 때 상기 압축기(26)의 운전용량을 증가시키는 운전용량 제어수단(52)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 가열운전 중의 이용측 개방도 제어수단(38, 54)은, 각 이용유닛(61)에 대하여 이용측 열교환기(41)에서 유출된 냉매의 과냉각도가 목표 과냉각도로 되도록 이용측 팽창밸브(51)의 개방도를 제어하는 한편, 상기 개방도 축소동작에서는 이 개방도 축소동작을 행하는 이 이용유닛(61)의 목표 과냉각도를 큰 값으로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 압축기(26)와 열원측 열교환기(44)와 열원측 팽창밸브(36)가 접속된 열원측 회로(14)를 갖는 열원유닛(64)과,상기 열원유닛(64)보다 아래쪽에 설치됨과 더불어, 이용측 열교환기(41)와 이용측 팽창밸브(51)가 접속된 이용측 회로(11)를 갖는 이용유닛(61)을 구비하며,상기 열원측 회로(14)와 상기 이용측 회로(11)가 접속된 냉매회로(10)에서 상기 열원측 열교환기(44)가 응축기가 되고 상기 이용측 열교환기(41)가 증발기가 되도록 냉매를 순환시키는 냉각운전을 행하는 냉동장치에 있어서,상기 냉매회로(10)에서는, 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(36)와 상기 이용측 팽창밸브(51)가 액측 연결배관(15)을 통해 접속되는 한편,상기 냉각운전 중에 상기 이용측 팽창 밸브(51)로 유입되는 냉매의 압력이 소정의 압력기준값 이하로 되도록, 상기 열원유닛(64)의 설치위치와 상기 이용유닛(61)의 설치위치의 고저차에 기초하여 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(36)의 냉각운전 중 개방도 상한값을 설정하는 열원측 상한설정수단(58)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 이용유닛(61)은 복수 대 설치되며, 상기 열원유닛(64)에 대하여 병렬로 접속되고,상기 열원측 상한설정수단(58)은, 상기 열원유닛(64)의 설치위치와 가장 아래쪽에 설치된 최하설치 이용유닛(61)의 설치위치와의 고저차에 기초하여 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(36)의 냉각운전 중의 개방도 상한값을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 냉각운전과, 상기 냉매회로(10)에서 상기 열원측 열교환기(44)가 증발기가 되고 상기 이용측 열교환기(41)가 응축기가 되도록 냉매를 순환시키는 가열운전을 선택적으로 행하도록 구성되는 한편,복수 대의 이용유닛(61) 중 상대적으로 냉매가 흐르기 어려운 배치의 이용유닛(61) 이외의 이용유닛(61)에, 상기 이용측 팽창밸브(51)의 가열운전 중 개방도 상한값을 설정하는 이용측 상한설정수단(59)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
