Claims (12)
- 6년근 고려인삼(Panax ginseng) 또는 화기삼(Panax quinquefolia)을 세척 후, 35 내지 55℃의 온도에서 20 내지 28시간 동안 건조시키는 1차 건조공정; 증숙기에 넣어 75 내지 100℃의 온도에서 2 내지 6시간 동안 증숙하는 증숙공정; 50 내지 70℃의 온도에서 9 내지 15시간 동안 건조시키는 2차 건조공정; 상기 1차 건조공정, 증숙공정 및 2차 건조공정을 5회 반복함으로써 흑홍삼의 수분함량을 14% 이하가 되도록 하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 증숙 및 건조를 반복하여 흑홍삼을 제조하는 제조방법.
- 6년근 고려인삼(Panax ginseng) 또는 화기삼(Panax quinquefolia)을 세척 후, 35 내지 55℃의 온도에서 20 내지 28시간 동안 건조시키는 1차 건조공정; 85 내지 100℃의 온도에서 5 내지 7시간 동안 증숙하는 1차 증숙공정; 50 내지 70℃의 온도에서 9 내지 15시간 동안 건조시키는 2차 건조공정; 0.10 내지 0.20MPa의 압력하에 110 내지 145℃의 온도에서 60 내지 120분 동안 증숙하는 2차 증숙공정; 내부 온도를 50 내지 70℃로 유지하여 10 내지 14시간 동안 수분함량이 14% 이하가 되도록 건조하는 3차 건조공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고온고압의 원리을 이용한 흑홍삼을 제조하는 제조방법.
