Claims (6)
- 양면에 홈이 형성되고, 탄소분말과 수지의 혼합물로 이루어진 세퍼레이터 본체의 적어도 일면에 형성되어 있는 개스킷 성형홈에 고무를 성형함으로써 상기 세퍼레이터 본체에 개스킷을 성형한 연료전지용 세퍼레이터로서, 상기 세퍼레이터 본체의 일면에 형성되는 상기 개스킷 성형홈의 폭을, 타면(他面)이며 상기 개스킷 성형홈의 배면(背面)에 형성되는 상기 홈의 폭보다 넓게 하고,상기 세퍼레이터 본체의 일면에 형성되는 홈에 설치되는 개스킷은, 홈 내에 배치되는 매설부와 단면이 산형상인 립 시일부를 일체로 가지며,상기 세퍼레이터 본체의 타면에 형성되는 홈에 설치되는 개스킷도, 홈 내에 배치되는 매설부와 단면이 산형상인 립 시일부를 일체로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 탄소분말과 수지의 혼합물로 이루어진 세퍼레이터 본체에 형성된 개스킷 성형홈에 관통구멍을 형성하여 고무를 성형함으로써 상기 세퍼레이터 본체의 양면에 개스킷을 일체로 성형한 연료전지용 세퍼레이터로서, 상기 세퍼레이터 본체의 일면에 형성되는 상기 개스킷 성형홈의 폭을 타면에 형성되는 상기 개스킷 성형홈의 폭보다 넓게 하고,상기 세퍼레이터 본체의 일면에 형성되는 홈에 설치되는 개스킷은, 홈 내에 배치되는 매설부와 단면이 산형상인 립 시일부를 일체로 가지며,상기 세퍼레이터 본체의 타면에 형성되는 홈에 설치되는 개스킷도, 홈 내에 배치되는 매설부와 단면이 산형상인 립 시일부를 일체로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 세퍼레이터.
