Claims (16)
- 모노머 단위로서, 일반식 CH2=C(R1)COOR2 (단, R1 은 수소 또는 메틸기, R2 는 탄소수 2∼14 의 알킬기이다) 로 표시되는 (메트)아크릴계 모노머 60∼98 중량%, 질소 함유 모노머 0.1∼35 중량%, 및 카르복실기 함유 모노머, 술폰산기 함유 모노머, 인산기 함유 모노머, 비닐에스테르 모노머, 방향족 비닐 모노머, 산 무수물기 함유 모노머, 히드록실기 함유 모노머, 에폭시기 함유 모노머, 비닐에테르 모노머, 탄소수 1 또는 탄소수 15 이상의 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 모노머 중 어느 적어도 1 종의 그 밖의 중합성 모노머 0.1 ~ 10 중량% 로 이루어지는 (메트)아크릴계 폴리머 100 중량부에 대해,과산화물 0.02∼2 중량부, 및 이소시아네이트계 가교제 0.02∼2 중량부 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 부재용 점착제 조성물을 가교하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 부재용 점착제층으로서,상기 점착제층의 겔 분율이 55 ~ 95 중량% 이고, 상기 점착제층의 두께가 1 ~ 10 ㎛ 인 광학 부재용 점착제층.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 질소 함유 모노머가 이미드기 함유 모노머 및/또는 아미드기 함유 모노머인 광학 부재용 점착제층.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 질소 함유 모노머가 아미드기 함유 모노머이고, 모노머 단위로서, 3∼15 중량% 함유하여 이루어지는 광학 부재용 점착제층.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (메트)아크릴계 폴리머의 중량 평균 분자량이 160만∼300만인 광학 부재용 점착제층.

- 지지체의 편면 또는 양면에모노머 단위로서, 일반식 CH2=C(R1)COOR2 (단, R1 은 수소 또는 메틸기, R2 는 탄소수 2∼14 의 알킬기이다) 로 표시되는 (메트)아크릴계 모노머 60∼98 중량%, 질소 함유 모노머 0.1∼35 중량%, 및 카르복실기 함유 모노머, 술폰산기 함유 모노머, 인산기 함유 모노머, 비닐에스테르 모노머, 방향족 비닐 모노머, 산 무수물기 함유 모노머, 히드록실기 함유 모노머, 에폭시기 함유 모노머, 비닐에테르 모노머, 탄소수 1 또는 탄소수 15 이상의 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 모노머 중 어느 적어도 1 종의 그 밖의 중합성 모노머 0.1 ~ 10 중량% 로 이루어지는 (메트)아크릴계 폴리머 100 중량부에 대해,과산화물 0.02∼2 중량부, 및 이소시아네이트계 가교제 0.02∼2 중량부 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 부재용 점착제 조성물로 이루어지는 층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 광학 부재용 점착제 조성물로 이루어지는 층을 과산화물 가교 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 제 1 항에 기재된 광학 부재용 점착제층의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 과산화물 가교 처리가 상기 과산화물을 50 중량% 이상 분해하는 처리인 광학 부재용 점착제층의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 광학 부재용 점착제층의 겔 분율이 55∼95 중량% 인 광학 부재용 점착제층의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 광학 부재용 점착제층의 두께가 1∼10㎛ 인 광학 부재용 점착제층의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 기재된 광학 부재용 점착제층을 광학 부재의 편면 또는 양면에 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 부착 광학 부재.
- 제 15 항에 기재된 점착제 부착 광학 부재를 적어도 1 장 사용한 화상 표시 장치.
