Claims (4)
- 샤프트의 외주면에 형성한 링홈에 장착되고, 링홈에 공급된 유압을 그 수압측면과 내주면에서 받아, 반대측의 링홈 벽면과 접하는 접촉측면과 외주면에서 밀봉하는 밀봉 링으로서,적어도 상기 밀봉 링 접촉측면에는 둘레 방향으로 이간하여 형성된 오목부와, 당해 오목부 사이의 기둥부를 갖고,상기 오목부는, 밀봉 링 측면의 내주측에 내주 방향을 향하여 밀봉 링의 두께가 얇아지도록 형성된 최심(最深) 경사부(제1 경사부)와 당해 최심 경사부의 둘레 방향 양측에 위치하고, 인접하는 기둥부의 가장 내주측의 점을 향하여 수속하는 수속부로 이루어지며, 상기 기둥부 및 수속부의 내주측에는 내주 방향을 향하여 밀봉 링의 두께가 얇아지도록 제2 경사부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최심 경사부의 경사각이 8° 이상 45° 이하이고, 동시에 최심 경사부의 최외경부와 외주면 사이의 치수(L)가 0.4mm 이상이며 밀봉 링의 두께(a1)의 2/3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 경사면의 경사각이 8° 이상 60° 이하이면서 또한 제2 경사면의 지름 방향의 치수(M)가 밀봉 링의 내주로부터 최심 경 사부의 최외경부까지의 치수(a1-L)의 1/5 이상 1/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최심 경사부의 둘레 방향의 폭이 제2 경사면의 둘레 방향폭의 8배 내지 50배이고 상기 오목부의 수가 4개 이상 16개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 링.
