Claims (2)
- 원동기(5)와, 상기 원동기에 의해 구동되는 가변 용량형의 제1, 제2, 제3 펌프(1, 2, 3)와 고정 용량형의 파일럿 펌프(4)와, 상기 원동기의 목표 회전수(Ne)를 지령하는 지령 수단(37)과, 상기 원동기의 회전수를 제어하는 제어 장치(29)와, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3 펌프의 토출압을 기초로 제1, 제2 펌프의 입력 토크를 제어하는 제1, 제2 펌프용 레귤레이터(6)와, 상기 제3 펌프의 토출압을 기초로 제3 펌프의 입력 토크를 제어하는 제3 펌프용 레귤레이터(7)와, 상기 제1, 제2 펌프용 레귤레이터에 공급되는 상기 제3 펌프의 토출압을 제한하는 제한 수단(14)을 구비한 건설 기계의 펌프 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 펌프용 레귤레이터는 외부 지령압(P35)에 의해 상기 제1, 제2 펌프의 입력 토크를 가변으로 하는 가변 기구(6e, 6j)를 구비하고,상기 제1, 제2 펌프용 레귤레이터에 공급되는 상기 외부 지령압으로서의 토크 제어 지령압(Ps)을 연산하는 컨트롤러(29)와,상기 토크 제어 지령압을 제어하는 토크 제어 수단(35)과,상기 제3 펌프의 토출압을 검출하는 압력 검출 수단(30)을 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 압력 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 제3 펌프의 토출압(P3)을 기초로 하여 상기 제1, 제2 펌프의 보정 토크량(Td3)을 출력하는 토크 보정량 출력부(T2)와,상기 지령 수단에 의해 지령되는 원동기의 목표 회전수를 기초로 하여 상기 제1, 제2 펌프의 기준 토크값(Te)을 출력하는 기준 토크 출력부(T1)와,상기 토크 보정량 출력부와 상기 기준 토크 출력부의 출력값을 기초로 상기 토크 제어 지령압을 연산하는 연산부(T3)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계의 펌프 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동기(5)의 실제 회전수(Nr)를 검출하는 회전수 검출 수단(32)을 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러(29)에는 상기 지령 수단(37)에 의해 지령되는 목표 회전수(Ne)와 실제로 회전수의 편차(Ns)에 의해 제1, 제2 펌프(1, 2)의 입력 토크를 또한 보정하는 보정값(TNs)을 출력하는 스피드 센싱 토크 보정량 출력부(T5)를 더 구비하고,상기 연산부(T3)는 상기 토크 보정량 출력부(T2)와 기준 토크 출력부(T1)와 상기 스피드 센싱 토크 보정량 출력부로부터 각각 출력되는 보정량을 기초로 하여 상기 토크 제어 지령압(Ps)을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계의 펌프 제어 장치.
