Claims (10)
- 차량에 설치되어 외부로부터 충격을 받으면 에어백이 차량 내부에 전개되어 운전자를 보호하는 에어백 모듈을 차량에 결합하기 위한 에어백 모듈 조립 구조에 있어서,차량으로 가해지는 충돌을 감지하면 에어백을 전개시키는 에어백 모듈;과,내부에 에어백이 안착되는 공간이 형성되며, 상기 에어백이 전개되면 전개 압력으로 인해 소정영역 절개되어 개방되는 인스트루먼트 패널;과,상기 인스트루먼트 패널 내측에 밀착 결합되며, 에어백 전개시 개방되는 에어백 도어;와,상기 에어백 모듈을 상기 인스트루먼트 패널에 안착 고정시키는 에어백 고정부재;와,상기 에어백 도어와 결합되고 상기 에어백이 전개되도록 상기 에어백 도어를 회동하는 힌지부재;를 포함하고,상기 힌지부재는 상기 에어백 도어를 회동시키는 회동부분이 접힘 가공되며,상기 힌지부재는 상기 회동부분을 기준으로 일측은 상기 인스트루먼트 패널과 상기 에어백 도어 사이에서 밀착 결합되며, 타측은 상기 인스트루먼트 패널과 상기 에어백 고정부재 사이에서 밀착 결합되고,상기 힌지부재는 스틸 재질로 마련되며,상기 에어백 도어와, 에어백 고정부재는 상기 인스트루먼트 패널과 진동용착(Vibration welding)공법을 통해 접합되고,상기 에어백 모듈은 다수의 결합부재가 마련되고, 에어백 고정부재는 상기 결합부재와 대응하는 형상의 결합홈이 형성되어, 상기 에어백 모듈이 에어백 고정부재에 끼움 결합되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 모듈 조립 구조.
