Claims (3)
- 야콘을 수세후 마쇄한 야콘페이스트에 0.3%(w/v)의 α-amylase효소를 첨가하고 40~60℃에서 3시간 효소처리한 다음 여과하여 말토올리고당 함량이 증가된 것을 특징으로 하는 야콘추출물.
- 제1항 기재의 야콘페이스트에 α-amylase효소를 효소처리한 다음 여과하여 얻은 야콘추출물을 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 식품.
- 제2항에 기재한 식품이 야콘농축액, 야콘음료, 야콘잼 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 가공식품.
