Claims (91)
- 밀봉 전해질 환경 내의 2개 이상의 전극과;전해질 환경과 접촉하며, 팔라듐 화합물과 접촉하는 표면적을 갖는 금속 게터를 구비하고, 상기 금속 게터와 팔라듐 화합물의 조합은 전해질 환경에 의한 게터재의 패시베이션을 억제하는 고체 복합 게터를 포함하며;상기 조합은 금속 게터의 표면 상에 팔라듐 화합물 코팅을 포함하고, 상기 금속 게터 표면의 10% 이상이 팔라듐 화합물로 코팅되는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 복합 게터는 (ⅰ) 지르코늄 또는 티타늄을 포함하는 금속 게터와 (ⅱ) 팔라듐, 팔라듐 산화물, 또는 팔라듐 합금을 포함하는 팔라듐 화합물의 조합을 포함하고, 상기 금속 게터와 팔라듐 화합물의 조합은 전해질 환경에 의한 게터재의 패시베이션을 억제하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 게터는 전해장치 내에서 전해액의 소정의 영역에 금속 게터를 유지하기 위해, 시트 형태인 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전해 콘덴서는 전기화학 이중층 콘덴서인 전해 콘덴서.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 게터는 팔라듐 코팅을 갖는 티타늄 게터의 시트를 포함하는 전해 콘덴서.
