Claims (6)
- 금속 소재로 압출 제작되며, 상호 적층되는 복수의 통형 구조물과;복합소재로 이루어져 상기 복수의 통형 구조물들 사이에 삽입되는 보강 시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 제조장비에 이용되는 지지대용 빔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 통형 구조물은 단면이 다각형 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 제조장비에 이용되는 지지대용 빔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다수의 통형 구조물과 보강 시트들이 상호 조합된 기본 구조체의 외곽에 외장 구조체가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 제조장비에 이용되는 지지대용 빔.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 외장 구조체는 판재형 구조로 압출 제작되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 제조장비에 이용되는 지지대용 빔.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 외장 구조체와 상기 통형 구조물 사이에도 복합소재로 이루어진 외장 보강 시트가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 제조장비에 이용되는 지지대용 빔.
- 기판이 안착되는 스테이지가 구비된 프레임과;상기 프레임의 상부에 양단부가 전후 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항의 지지대용 빔을 포함하는 헤드 지지대와;상기 헤드 지지대에 장착되어 상기 기판에 실런트 패턴이나 액정층을 형성하는 도포 헤드유닛을 포함하는 디스펜서.
