Claims (5)
- 벨트 샤프트에 연결되고 사고 시에 개시될 수 있는 비상 텐셔닝 장치 및, 벨트 샤프트에 연결될 수 있으며 가역 작동하는 프리텐셔닝 장치로서 형성된 제2 텐셔닝 장치를 구비한 셀프 로킹 벨트 리트랙터이며, 비상 텐셔닝 장치가 개시될 때 프리텐셔닝 장치에 의해서 야기된 텐셔닝 과정을 종료하기 위한 장치가 제공되는 셀프 로킹 벨트 리트랙터에 있어서,비상 텐셔닝 장치(15)는 프리텐셔닝 장치(11)에 의해서 발생하는 회전 속도보다 더 큰 회전 속도를 갖도록 설계되며, 프리텐셔닝 장치(11)와 벨트 샤프트(14) 사이에 커플링(13, 17, 20)이 형성되고, 비상 텐셔닝 장치(15)의 개시 후에 비상 텐셔닝 장치의 개시 때문에 더 빠르게 회전되는 벨트 샤프트(14)로 인해, 상기 커플링(13, 17, 20)은 커플링 릴리스 상태로 복귀되어 벨트 샤프트(14)와 프리텐셔닝 장치(11) 사이의 커플링 연결이 해제되는 방식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀프 로킹 벨트 리트랙터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벨트 샤프트(14)와 프리텐셔닝 장치(11) 사이의 커플링은, 벨트 샤프트(14)에 고정 연결되며 내부 톱니를 갖는 커플링 벨 하우징(17) 및, 프리텐셔닝 장치(11)의 피동 휠(13)에 배치되며 커플링 벨 하우징(17)의 내부 톱니(22)에 맞물리기 위해 제어될 수 있는 톱니 디스크(20)로 구성되고, 이 경우 커플링 벨 하우징(17)과 톱니 디스크(20)의 톱니들(23, 24, 25, 26)은 커플링 벨 하우징(17)이 정지해 있거나 또는 피동 휠(13)보다 더 천천히 회전할 때 감김 방향으로의 로킹이 이루어지도록, 그리고 피동 휠(13)보다 더 높은 회전 속도로 커플링 벨 하우징(17)이 회전할 때 커플링 벨 하우징(17)의 내부 톱니(22)의 치면(26)이 톱니 디스크(20)의 해당 치면(25)과 맞물리지 않도록 서로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀프 로킹 벨트 리트랙터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 피동 휠(13)에서 피동 휠(13)의 윤곽 내에 놓인 릴리스 위치와 피동 휠(13)의 원주 위로 돌출한 로킹 위치 사이에 형성된 리세스(19) 내에 톱니 디스크(20)가 이동 가능하게 배치되고, 마찰 요소(18)에 의해 상기 릴리스 위치에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀프 로킹 벨트 리트랙터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리텐셔닝 장치가 가역 작동식 전기 모터(11)를 구동 장치로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀프 로킹 벨트 리트랙터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비상 텐셔닝 장치(15)에는 불꽃 점화식 구동 장치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀프 로킹 벨트 리트랙터.
