Claims (6)
- 어느 하나의 합성수지관(P1)과 또 다른 합성수지관(P2)을 연결하는 융착식 연결부재(100)에 있어서,상기 융착식 연결부재(100)는;내경에 전열선(112)이 배치되고, 내경의 일측 및 타측으로 상기 합성수지관(P1, P2)이 각각 삽입되는 융착소켓(110); 및상기 융착소켓(110)이 끼워지고, 융착작업 시 압축에어를 상기 융착소켓(110)의 외경 측으로 주입되게 하는 에어주입소켓(120);으로 이루어지며,상기 에어주입소켓(120)을 통해 주입된 상기 압축에어는 상기 전열선(112)에 의해서 반 용융된 상기 융착소켓(110) 내경부분의 수지를 상기 합성수지관(P1, P2) 측으로 거동되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융착식 연결부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 융착소켓(110)의 외경 상에는 상기 압축에어가 안내되는 에어안내부가 상기 전열선(112)에 간섭되지 않게 외경을 따라 침강되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 융착식 연결부재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 에어주입소켓(120)의 외경 상에는 상기 에어안내부(114)와 연결되는 주입공(124)이 관통된 주입돌기(122)가 돌출되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 융착식 연결부재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 에어안내부(114)의 폭의 길이(L1)는 상기 융착소켓(110)의 내경에 나선형으로 배치된 상기 전열선(112)의 폭의 길이(L2)와 동일한 길이, 또는 상기 전열선(112)의 폭의 길이(L2)보다 긴 길이 중 어느 하나 인 것을 특징으로 하는 융착식 연결부재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 에어주입소켓(120)의 폭의 길이(L3)는 상기 에어안내부(114)의 폭의 길이(L1)보다 긴 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 융착식 연결부재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 에어안내부(114)의 일단 및 타단에 인접한 상기 융착소켓(110)의 외경 상에는 상기 에어안내부(114) 측으로 주입된 상기 압축에어가 상기 융착소켓(110) 및 상기 에어주입소켓(120) 사이로 누설되는 것을 방지하는 오링(116)이 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 융착식 연결부재.
