Description
Claims (20)
- 라디칼 중합성의 수용성(水溶性) 단량체(A)와, 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성(非水溶性) 단량체(B)를, 그 비수용성 단량체(B)와 그 수용성 단량체(A)의 몰비 (B)/(A)가 3.5∼12로 함유하는 단량체군(I)을 중합하여 얻어지는 공중합체를 함유하는, 두께가 5nm∼80nm의 쉘(shell)벽으로 이루어지고, 또한 분산 안정제를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,평균 입자경이 50nm 이상 1㎛ 이하이며, 입경 분포가 단분산인 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제2항에 있어서,평균 입자경이 50nm 이상 300nm 미만이며, 쉘벽의 두께가 5nm∼30nm인 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제2항에 있어서,평균 입자경이 300nm 이상 1㎛ 이하이며, 쉘벽의 두께가 5nm∼80nm인 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)가, 그 구조 중에 아미드기, 아미노기, 카르복시기 및 그 염 및, 설폰산기 및 그 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 갖는 단량체인 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)가, N-치환아크릴아미드 및 N,N-디-치환아크릴아미드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B)가, 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 또는 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단량체군(I)을 수성 매체 중에서 라디칼 중합시킨 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)와, 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B)를 함유하는 단량체군(I)을 수용성 중합 개시제를 사용하여 수성 매체 중에서 라디칼 중합함으로써, 중합 반응과 동시에, 분자의 자기 조직화력을 구동시켜, 자발적인 폴리머 회합체(會合體) 형성을 수반하면서, 입자의 중앙이 공동인 중공 폴리머 입자를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 폴리머 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,수용성 중합 개시제가, 과황산염 또는 아미노기 함유 아조 화합물인 중공 폴리머 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,단량체군(I)의 농도가 1∼10질량%인 중공 폴리머 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B)와 라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)의 몰비 (B)/(A)가 3.5∼12인 중공 폴리머 입자의 제조 방법.
- 라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)와, 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B)를 함유하는 단량체군(I)을 중합하여 얻어지는 공중합체(X)와, 수용성 색소 또는 상기 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B) 중에 용해하는 유용성 색소로부터 선택되는 착색성 화합물(Y)을 함유하는 쉘벽으로 이루어지고, 또한 분산 안정제를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제14항에 있어서,공중합체(X)와 착색성 화합물(Y)의 결합이, 물리적 결합 및 화학적 결합으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 착색 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서,쉘벽의 두께가 5nm∼80nm인 착색 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)와, 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B)를 함유하는 단량체군(I)을 수용성 중합 개시제를 사용하여, 수용성 색소 또는 상기 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B) 중에 용해하는 유용성 색소로부터 선택되는 착색성 화합물(Y)의 존재 하에서 라디칼 중합함으로써, 중합 반응과 동시에, 분자의 자기 조직화력을 구동시켜, 자발적인 폴리머 회합체 형성을 수반하면서, 입자의 중앙이 공동인 중공 폴리머 입자를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 중공 폴리머 입자의 제조 방법.
- 라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A) 및 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종과, 수용성 색소 또는 상기 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B) 중에 용해하는 유용성 색소로부터 선택되는 착색성 화합물(Y)을 미리 반응시켜, 라디칼 중합성의 착색성 화합물(Y')을 얻은 후, 라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)와 라디칼 중합성의 비수용성 단량체(B)를 수용성 중합 개시제를 사용하여, 라디칼 중합함으로써, 중합 반응과 동시에, 분자의 자기 조직화력을 구동시켜, 자발적인 폴리머 회합체 형성을 수반하면서, 입자의 중앙이 공동인 중공 폴리머 입자를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 중공 폴리머 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,두께가 5nm∼100nm의 온도 응답성의 층을 더 갖는 중공 폴리머 입자.
- 제7항에 있어서,라디칼 중합성의 수용성 단량체(A)가 N-이소프로필아크릴아미드인 중공 폴리머 입자.
