Description
Claims (17)
- 과거에 제조된 제품의 제조조건과 그 제조의 결과정보를 대응시켜, 그 제조조건과 그 결과정보에 의해 대응지워진 정보를 복수 기억하는 실적 데이터베이스와,상기 실적 데이터베이스에 기억된 제조조건과, 예측대상의 제조조건을 비교하여, 복수의 비교결과로 이루어지는 유사도(類似度)를 산출하는 유사도 산출수단과,상기 예측대상의 제조조건에 대응한 예측식(豫測式)의 모델 파라미터를 결정하는 예측식 작성수단과;상기 예측식 작성수단이, 제조조건과 제조결과와의 관계를, 상기 실적 데이터베이스의 제조조건 및 결과정보에 근거하여 작성할 때, 그 모델화 오차를 평가하는 평가함수의 가중(weighting)으로서 상기 유사도를 사용하는 수단과, 모델 파라미터에 관한 예측대상의 물리적 특성을 제약조건으로 하여 그 제약조건 내에서 평가함수에 관한 수리계획문제(數理計劃問題)를 푸는 수단을 갖는 예측식 작성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,결과예측장치를 더 갖고,상기 결과예측장치가, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건에 대응하는 예측식을 취득하는 예측식 취득수단과, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건을, 상기 예측식에 입력하여 해 당 제조조건에 대한 결과를 예측하는 결과예측수단을 갖는 예측식 작성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,제조조건을 제어하는 제어장치를 더 갖고,상기 제어장치가, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건에 대응하는 예측식을 취득하는 예측식 취득수단과, 상기 예측식을 사용하여, 예측대상의 제조조건에 대해 제어량이 목표치가 되는 조작량(操作量)을 산출하여, 제어를 실행하기 위한 제어수단을 갖는 예측식 작성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,품질설계장치를 더 갖고,상기 품질설계장치가, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건에 대응하는 예측식을 취득하는 예측식 취득수단과, 하나 이상의 제조조건을 상기 예측식에 입력하여 얻어진 예측결과의 출력, 해당 예측결과를 근거로 이차적인 평가지수를 산출한 출력 중, 적어도 하나를 출력하여, 제품의 품질설계를 보조하기 위한 품질설계 보조수단을 갖는 예측식 작성장치.
- 프로그램을 구비한 컴퓨터에 의해 예측식을 작성하는 방법에 있어서,과거에 제조된 제품의 제조조건과 그 제조의 결과정보를 대응시켜, 그 제조조건과 그 결과정보에 의해 대응지워진 정보를 복수 기억하는 실적 데이터베이스에 기억된 제조조건과, 예측대상의 제조조건을 비교하여, 복수의 비교결과로 이루어지는 유사도를 산출하는 유사도 산출공정과, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건에 대응한 제조점(製造点)을 기준으로 하는 예측식 작성공정을 갖고,상기 예측식 작성공정이, 제조조건과 제조결과와의 관계를, 상기 실적 데이터베이스의 제조조건 및 결과정보에 근거하여 작성할 때, 그 모델화 오차를 평가하는 평가함수의 가중으로서 상기 유사도를 사용하는 스텝과, 모델 파라미터에 관한 예측대상의 물리적 특성을 제약조건으로 하여 그 제약조건 내에서 평가함수에 관한 수리계획문제를 푸는 스텝을 갖는 예측식 작성방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,결과예측공정을 더 갖고,상기 결과예측공정이, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건에 대응하는 예측식을 취득하는 예측식 취득공정과, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건을, 상기 예측식에 입력하여 해당 제조조건에 대한 결과를 예측하는 결과예측공정을 갖는 예측식 작성방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,제조조건을 제어하는 제어공정을 더 갖고,상기 제어공정이, 상기 예측대상의 제조조건에 대응하는 예측식을 취득하는 예측식 취득공정과,상기 예측식을 사용하여, 예측대상의 제조조건에 대해 제어량이 목표치가 되는 조작량을 산출하여, 제어를 실행하기 위한 제어공정을 갖는 예측식 작성방법.
