Claims (1)
- 중량%로, C: 0.04~0.07%, Si: 2.5~4.0%, Mn: 0.5~0.25%, P: 0.03% 이하(0은 제외), S: 0.02% 이하(0은 제외), Al: 0.1% 이하(0은 제외), N: 0.01% 이하(0은 제외), 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 방향성 전기강판 제조용 냉연강판을 방향성 전기강판의 고온소둔시의 분위기에 2.00~5.5Nm3/hr의 유량으로 암모니아 가스를 주입하면서, 53~70℃의 이슬점온도 및 800~900℃의 질화처리온도에서 1~5분동안 질화처리하여 침질층을 형성시키는 단계; 및소둔로내 분위기가 수소: 5~15부피%, 암모니아: 85~95부피%로 조성되도록 0.2~2.0Nm3/hr의 유량으로 암모니아 가스를 주입하며, 소둔로 내 온도가 680~800℃, 이슬점온도가 5~40℃로 유지되는 소둔로에 상기 침질층이 형성된 강판을 10~15분 동안 장입하여 상기 침질층 상부에 외부산화층(Fe2SiO4)을 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 브러싱 효과가 향상된 브러싱강판의 표면처리방법.
