Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판으로서,그 절연 피막이,·폴리실록산과·C 원소를 갖는 중합체로 이루어지는 복합 수지를 포함하고상기 절연 피막 중의 전체 고형분에 대한 상기 폴리실록산의 비율이, Si02 환산으로 25질량% 이상, 90질량% 이하인, 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리실록산과 C 원소를 갖는 중합체가 가교되어 있는, 절연 피막을 갖는 전자강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 C 원소를 갖는 중합체가, 비닐계 중합체, 폴리에스테르계 중합체, 알키드계 중합체, 폴리우레탄계 중합체, 아크릴계 중합체, 스티렌계 중합체, 폴리에틸렌계 중합체, 폴리프로필렌계 중합체, 폴리아미드계 중합체, 폴리카보네이트계 중합체, 페놀계 중합체, 에폭시계 중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 절연 피막이, 추가로 무기 화합물로서 실리카, 실리케이트, 알루미나, 티타니아, 산화 주석, 산화 세륨, 산화 안티몬, 산화 텅스텐, 산화 몰리브덴에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 함유하는 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 절연 피막이, 추가로 무기 화합물로서 실리카, 실리케이트, 알루미나, 티타니아, 산화 주석, 산화 세륨, 산화 안티몬, 산화 텅스텐, 산화 몰리브덴에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 함유하는 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 절연 피막의 단위 면적당 중량이 0.05g/㎡ 이상, 10g/㎡ 이하인 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판.
- 폴리실록산과 C 원소를 갖는 중합체를 함유하는 도포액을 전자 강판 표면에 도포하는 단계와,상기 도포액을 도포한 전자 강판에 베이킹 처리를 실시하는 단계를 갖고상기 도포액 중의 전체 고형분량에 대한 상기 폴리실록산의 비율이, SiO2 환산으로 25질량% 이상, 90질량% 이하인, 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 C 원소를 갖는 중합체로서, 비닐계 중합체, 폴리에스테르계 중합체, 알키드계 중합체, 폴리우레탄계 중합체, 아크릴계 중합체, 스티렌계 중합체, 폴리에틸렌계 중합체, 폴리프로필렌계 중합체, 폴리아미드계 중합체, 폴리카보네이트계 중합체, 페놀계 중합체, 에폭시계 중합체에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 사용하는 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 도포액이, 추가로 무기 화합물로서 실리카, 실리케이트, 알루미나, 티타니아, 산화 주석, 산화 세륨, 산화 안티몬, 산화 텅스텐, 산화 몰리브덴에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 함유하는 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 도포액이 상기 폴리실록산과 C 원소를 갖는 중합체를 미리 가교시킨 도포액인, 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 도포액이 상기 폴리실록산과 C 원소를 갖는 중합체를 미리 가교시킨 도포액인, 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,절연 피막의 단위 면적당 중량이 0.05g/㎡ 이상, 10g/㎡ 이하가 되도록 전자 강판 표면에 도포액을 도포하여 베이킹하는 절연 피막을 갖는 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
