- 흡음성이 요구되는 용도에 사용되는 흡음 구조체의 제조 방법에 있어서,제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 기재된 흡음체의 제조 방법에 의해, 통 형상의 성형체를 분할하고 또한 내면에 상기 성형체를 관통하지 않는 구멍을 갖는 복수의 분할체를 성형하고,상기 복수의 분할체의 대향하는 면끼리를 마주 보게 하여, 상기 복수의 분할체를 일체적으로 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 접합의 방법은 다이 슬라이드 사출(Die Slide Injection) 공법, 다이 회전 사출(Die Rotary Injection) 공법, 진동 용착, 열판 용착, 레이저 용착 중 어느 하나의 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 팽창층의 팽창 배율은 1.2배 이상 3.0배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구멍이 원형이고, 그 내경이 1mm 이상 20mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구멍의 피치는 10mm 이상 200mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구멍이 원형이고, 그 내경이 1.5mm 이상 5mm 이하이며, 그 피치가 15mm 이상 25mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,주파수 630Hz 이상 1000Hz 이하의 범위에서 흡음률이 최대값을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지가 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체에 의해서 변성된 산변성 폴리올레핀계 수지를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보강용 섬유가 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 보강용 섬유가 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구멍의 단면적 및/또는 피치는 2종류 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 미팽창층 중 적어도 한쪽의 두께는 0.5 내지 2.0㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 팽창층은 팽창 배율이 다른 복수의 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 영역은 팽창 배율이 1.2 내지 3.0배의 고 팽창 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 구멍은 상기 고 팽창 영역에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음체.
- 흡음성이 요구되는 용도에 사용되는 흡음 구조체에 있어서,제 1 항 또는 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡음체를 포함하고,상기 흡음 구조체는 실린더 헤드, 타이밍 벨트 커버, 에어 클리너, 에어 덕트, 엔진 커버, 흡배기용 레조네이터(resonator), 인테이크 매니폴드, 엔진 룸과 실내의 차폐판, 트렁크 룸으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음 구조체.
- 흡음성이 요구되는 용도에 사용되는 흡음 구조체에 있어서,제 21 항에 기재된 흡음체를 포함하고,상기 흡음 구조체는 실린더 헤드, 타이밍 벨트 커버, 에어 클리너, 에어 덕트, 엔진 커버, 흡배기용 레조네이터, 인테이크 매니폴드, 엔진 룸과 실내의 차폐판, 트렁크 룸으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음 구조체.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,음파의 진행 방향과 상기 미팽창층의 표면이 이루는 각도 중 작은 쪽이 60 내지 90도로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는흡음 구조체.
