Claims (6)
- 각각의 주파수대가 다른 복수개의 통신계의 송수신 신호 중 고주파수대의 송수신 신호를 통과시켜 저주파수대의 송수신 신호를 감쇠시키는 고주파수대측 필터와, 상기 복수개의 통신계의 송수신 신호 중 상기 저주파수대의 송수신 신호를 통과시켜 상기 고주파수대의 송수신 신호를 감쇠시키는 저주파수대측 필터를 안테나 포트에 병렬로 접속한 다이플렉서;상기 다이플렉서의 상기 고주파수대측 필터에 종속 접속한 고주파수대 회로; 및상기 다이플렉서의 상기 저주파수대측 필터에 종속 접속한 저주파수대 회로를 구비하는 고주파 부품에 있어서:상기 저주파수대측 필터는,상기 안테나 포트와 상기 저주파수대 회로 사이에 접속된 인덕터를 구비하고 상기 인덕터와 제 1 커패시터를 포함하는 병렬 회로와, 상기 인덕터와 제 2 커패시터를 포함하는 직렬 회로를 구성한 것이며,상기 직렬 회로 및 상기 병렬 회로에 의해 상기 저주파수대측 필터의 통과 특성을 설정하고,상기 저주파수대측 필터의 전체 소자에 의한 공진 주파수를 상기 고주파수대측 필터의 주파수 특성에 있어서의 소정의 감쇠극의 주파수와 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저주파수대측 필터의 전체 소자에 의한 공진 주파수를 상기 고주파수대측 필터의 주파수 특성에 있어서의 고주파수대의 송수신 신호의 트랩 주파수와 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 저주파수대 회로는 임피던스의 부정합을 발생시키는 부정합 소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 부품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 부정합 소자는 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 저주파수대 회로는 상기 저주파수대의 송수신 신호를 송신 신호 포트와 수신 신호 포트로 분리하는 스위칭 회로와 이 스위칭 회로의 수신 신호 포트측에 접속된 SAW 필터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 저주파수대 회로는 상기 저주파수대의 송수신 신호를 송신 신호 포트와 수신 신호 포트로 분리하는 제 1 스위칭 회로와, 이 제 1 스위칭 회로의 수신 신호 포트측에 접속되어 상기 저주파수대의 수신 신호를 2개 주파수대의 수신 신호로 더 분리하는 제 2 스위칭 회로와, 이 제 2 스위칭 회로의 후단에 접속된 SAW 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 부품.
