Abstract

 低周波数帯回路にSAWフィルタを設けてインピーダンスの不整合があっても、高周波数帯の通過特性に劣化がない高周波部品の提供を図る。高周波部品は、ハイパスフィルタ(102)とローパスフィルタ(101)とをアンテナポートに並列に接続したダイプレクサ(1)と、ハイパスフィルタ(102)に縦続接続した高周波数帯回路と、ローパスフィルタ(101)に縦続接続した低周波数帯回路と、を備え、低周波数帯回路に、インピーダンスの不整合を生じさせるフィルタを接続している。ローパスフィルタ(101)は、線路(Lt1)を備え、この線路(Lt1)を含む並列共振回路(101A)と、線路(Lt1)を含む直列回路(101B)を構成する。並列共振回路(101A)の共振周波数は高周波数帯の送受信信号のトラップ周波数であり、ローパスフィルタ(101)の全素子による共振の周波数は、高周波数帯側に生じる不要共振のトラップ周波数である。
