Abstract

 高周波数帯回路にSAWフィルタを設けてインピーダンスの不整合があっても、低周波数帯の通過特性に劣化がない高周波部品の提供を図る。高周波部品は、ハイパスフィルタ(102)とローパスフィルタ(101)とをアンテナポートに並列に接続したダイプレクサ(1)と、ハイパスフィルタ(102)に縦続接続した高周波数帯回路と、ローパスフィルタ(101)に縦続接続した低周波数帯回路と、を備え、高周波数帯回路に、インピーダンスの不整合を生じさせるフィルタを接続している。ハイパスフィルタ(102)は、第1の直列共振回路(102A)と、第2の直列共振回路(102B)と、を備え、第1の直列共振回路(102A)の共振周波数は低周波数帯の送受信信号のトラップ周波数であり、第2の直列共振回路(102B)の共振周波数は低周波数帯側フィルタの通過特性に生じる不要共振のトラップ周波数である。
