Claims (8)
- 차량의 좌우측 차륜을 각각 유지하는 차륜 유지 부재 각각에 양 단부가 연결되는 스테빌라이져 바; 및 액츄에이터의 중립 위치로부터의 작동량에 따라 스테빌라이져 바의 강성을 변화시키는 액츄에이터를 포함하는 스테빌라이져 장치; 및차체에 작용하는 롤 모멘트를 나타내는 롤 모멘트 지표량에 근거하여 액츄에이터의 목표 작동량을 결정하는 제어 장치를 포함하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템으로서,상기 제어 장치는, 차체에 작용하는 롤 모멘트의 방향에 따라 목표 작동량이 달라지도록 목표 작동량을 결정하고, 결정된 목표 작동량에 근거하여 액츄에이터의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는 롤 모멘트 지표량과 목표 작동량 사이의 관계에 따라 목표 작동량을 결정하도록 구성되며, 상기 관계는 롤 모멘트 지표량의 증가에 대한 목표 작동량의 증가의 비율이 차체에 작용하는 롤 모멘트의 방향에 따라 달라지도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는, 롤 모멘트 지표량에 근거하여 목표 작동량을 결정할 때에 사용되는 이득이 차체에 작용하는 롤 모멘트의 방향에 따라 달라지도록, 목표 작동량을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는, 스테빌라이져 장치의 구조에서 기인하는 차이로서, 어느 한 방향으로의 롤 모멘트에 대해 나타나는 스테빌라이져 바의 강성과 다른 한 방향으로의 롤 모멘트에 대해 나타나는 스테빌라이져 바의 강성 사이의 차이를 줄이기 위해, 차체에 작용하는 롤 모멘트의 방향에 따라 목표 작동량이 달라지도록, 목표 작동량을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스테빌라이져 바는, 차량의 폭 방향으로 연장되는 축선 상에 배치되는 토션 바 부 및 토션 바 부로부터 연속해서 연장되어 토션 바 부와 교차하며 대응하는 차륜 유지 부재에 선단부가 연결되는 아암 부를 포함하는 한 쌍의 스테빌라이져 바 부재를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 액츄에이터는, 상기 한 쌍의 스테빌라이져 바 부재의 토션 바 부를 축선 주위로 서로 상대 회전시키고, 작동량으로서의 상기 한 쌍의 스테빌라이져 바 부재의 토션 바 부의 상대 회전량에 따라 스테빌라이져 바의 강성을 변화시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터는 차량의 폭 방향으로 중심에서 벗어나 배치되며, 상기 한 쌍의 스테빌라이져 바 부재의 토션 바 부는 서로 다른 길이 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 스테빌라이져 바 부재의 토션 바 부 중 하나 이상이, 차량의 폭 방향으로 연장된 축선으로부터 이동된 굴곡부를 가지며, 토션 바 부는 서로 다른 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터는 하우징, 하우징에 의해 지지되는 전동 모터, 및 하우징에 의해 지지되며 전동 모터의 회전을 감속시키기 위한 감속기를 포함하며,상기 한 쌍의 스테빌라이져 바 부재 중 어느 하나의 토션 바 부는 하우징에 대해 회전될 수 없도록 하우징에 연결되며, 상기 한 쌍의 스테빌라이져 바 부재 중 다른 하나의 토션 바 부는 감속기 출력부에 대해 회전될 수 없도록 감속기의 출력부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스테빌라이져 시스템.
