Claims (1)
- 탄화 텅스텐기 초경합금 또는 탄질화 티탄기 서멧 (cermet) 으로 구성된 공구 기체의 표면에,(a) 하부층으로서, 모두 화학 기상 증착에 의해 형성된 Ti 의 탄화물층, 질화물층, 탄질화물층, 산화물층, 탄산화물층, 및 탄질산화물층 중 1 층 또는 2 층 이상으로 이루어지고, 또한 0.5∼20㎛ 의 전체 평균 층두께를 갖는 Ti 화합물층,(b) 상부층으로서, 화학 기상 증착 형성된 상태에서 α형의 결정 구조를 갖고, 전계 방출형 주사 전자 현미경을 사용하여, 표면 연마면의 측정 범위내에 존재하는 육방정 결정 격자를 갖는 개개의 결정립에 전자선을 조사하고, 상기 결정립의 결정면인 (0001) 면의 법선의 상기 표면 연마면의 법선에 대한 경사각을 측정하여, 상기 개개의 결정립이 나타내는 0∼45 도의 범위내의 측정 경사각을 0.25 도의 피치마다 구분하고, 각 구분내에 존재하는 측정 경사각을 구분마다 집계하여 이루어지는 막대 그래프에 있어서, 0∼10 도의 범위내의 경사각 구분에서 최고 피크가 나타나고, 또한 1∼30㎛ 의 평균 층두께를 갖는 산화 알루미늄층,이상 (a) 및 (b) 로 구성된 경질 피복층을 형성하여 이루어진, 경질 피복층이 우수한 내치핑성을 발휘하는 표면피복 절삭공구.
