Claims (9)
- 포지티브 아날로그 전압 및 네거티브 아날로그 전압을 액정디스플레이에 전달하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃에 있어서,포지티브 기준전압을 이용하여 해당 디지털 데이터에 대응되는 상기 포지티브 아날로그 전압을 각각 생성하는 (N은 정수)개의 포지티브 DAC들 및 네거티브 기준전압을 이용하여 해당 디지털 데이터에 대응되는 상기 네거티브 아날로그 전압을 각각 생성하는 개의 네거티브 DAC들을 구비하는 DAC블록; 및상기 개의 포지티브 아날로그 전압을 버퍼링하는 개의 포지티브 버퍼들 및 상기 개의 네거티브 아날로그 전압들을 버퍼링 하는 개의 네거티브 버퍼들이 번갈아 가면서 배열된 버퍼블록을 구비하며,
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디지털 데이터를 저장하는 N개의 래치회로를 구비하는 래치블록을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 N개의 래치회로는,대응되는 상기 N개의 DAC가 배열되는 순서와 동일한 순서로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버퍼블록들로부터 출력되는 버퍼링 된 포지티브 아날로그 전압 및 네거티브 아날로그 전압을 멀티플렉싱(multiplexing) 하는 스위칭블록을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭블록은,복수 개의 포지티브 아날로그 전압 및 복수 개의 네거티브 아날로그 전압을 번갈아 가면서 상기 액정디스플레이 패널에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 네거티브 DAC들의 그룹을 구성하는 서로 인접하는 네거티브 DAC들 사이의 트랜지스터들의 레이아웃 및 상기 포지티브 DAC들의 그룹을 구성하는 서로 인접하는 포지티브 DAC들 사이의 트랜지스터들의 레이아웃 중 적어도 하나는 대칭성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 네거티브 DAC들의 그룹에 구현되는 트랜지스터들의 레이아웃과 상기 포지티브 DAC들의 그룹에 구현되는 트랜지스터들 사이의 레이아웃은 대칭성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 네거티브 DAC들의 그룹에 구현되는 트랜지스터들 사이에 서로 대칭되는 구조를 가질 때의 적어도 하나의 상기 서로 인접하는 네거티브 DAC들 각각을 구성하는 트랜지스터들의 접촉면(R2)에 접하는 확산영역에는 상기 네거티브 기준전압(Vrefn)이 인가되고,상기 포지티브 DAC들의 그룹에 구현되는 트랜지스터들 사이에 서로 대칭되는 구조를 가질 때의 적어도 하나의 상기 서로 인접하는 포지티브 DAC들 각각을 구성하는 트랜지스터들의 접촉면(R1)에 접하는 확산영역에는 상기 포지티브 기준전압(Vrefp)이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 구동회로의 레이아웃.
