100: 컨테이너 반송 시스템
Claims (12)
- 내부에 기판을 수납하는 컨테이너를 소정의 전달 위치와 기판 처리 장치 사이에서 반송하는 컨테이너 반송 시스템이며,상기 컨테이너를 1 이상 적재 가능한 적재대와, 수직 방향으로 승강시키는 승강 수단 및 수평한 1방향으로 왕복 이동되는 직선 이동 수단을 구비하는 반송 로봇을 구비한 컨테이너 반송 장치를 일 구성 단위로 하고,상기 컨테이너 반송 장치를 종방향 또는 횡방향으로 인접시켜 복수 배열하고,상기 반송 로봇의 각각이, 적어도 인접하는 상기 컨테이너 반송 장치의 상기 적재대까지 상기 컨테이너를 반송할 수 있고,상기 승강 수단은 상기 적재대 상에 상기 컨테이너를 2 이상 적층할 수 있는 높이까지 상승할 수 있고,상기 직선 이동 수단은, 상기 컨테이너를 보유 지지하여 수직면 내에서 회동하는 아암체를 구비하고, 상기 아암체를 회동시킴으로써 상기 컨테이너의 높이를 상하 이동시키는 일 없이 전후로 이동시키고,상기 복수의 컨테이너 반송 장치를 동기시켜 인접하는 상기 컨테이너 반송 장치 사이에서 상기 컨테이너를 순차 릴레이 반송함으로써, 상기 전달 위치와 상기 기판 처리 장치 사이에서 상기 컨테이너를 반송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨테이너 반송 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨테이너를 어느 하나의 상기 컨테이너 반송 장치의 적재대 상에 일시 유치하고, 다른 상기 컨테이너를 다른 상기 컨테이너 반송 장치를 이용하여 반송시킴으로써, 컨테이너의 반송 순서를 교체 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨테이너 반송 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적재대 상에 상기 컨테이너가 1 이상 적재된 상기 컨테이너 반송 장치의 상기 반송 로봇을 이용하여 다른 상기 컨테이너를 상승 및 직선 이동시켜 상기 컨테이너를 건너뛰게 함으로써, 상기 컨테이너의 반송 순서를 교체 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨테이너 반송 시스템.
