Claims (30)
- 다이 블록;다이 블록상에 배치된 외면;외면 내로 수직으로 연장되고, 길이방향 디멘션, 제1 길이방향 측면 및 제2 길이방향 측면을 가지며, 적어도 2개의 비접속 공극의 단일 열을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 슬롯(여기서, 각 슬롯은 외면의 일부에만 걸쳐 길이방향으로 연장됨);외면으로부터 슬롯 내로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 지지 부재로서, 각 지지 부재는 2개의 공극 사이에서 제1 길이방향 측면으로부터 제2 길이방향 측면까지 연속적으로 연장되는 것인, 적어도 하나의 지지 부재를 포함하고,여기서, 각 지지 부재의 적어도 일부는, 제1 길이방향 측면으로부터 제2 길이방향 측면까지 슬롯의 길이방향 디멘션에 대해 수직인 방향으로 연장되는 임의의 면의 적어도 일부가 공극들 중 적어도 하나를 통과하도록 길이방향 디멘션에 대해 수직인 방향이 아닌 방향으로 배치되고, 열 내 임의의 공극을 관통해 슬롯의 길이방향 디멘션에 대해 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 임의의 라인의 일부는 열 내의 모든 공극을 통과하는 것인, 유동성 물질을 방출하기 위한 다이.

- 제1항에 있어서, 다이가 다수의 유체 필름 층을 압출하게 하도록 구성된 다수의 슬롯을 더 포함하는 다이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 길이방향 면을 따라 외면 내로 연장되는 다수의 슬롯을 더 포함하는 다이.
- 외면과, 제1 길이방향 측면과 제2 길이방향 측면 사이의 다이의 외면에 배치된 길이방향 디멘션을 갖는 슬롯을 구비한 적어도 하나의 다이 블록으로서, 외면은 제1 길이방향 측면과 제2 길이방향 측면 사이에서 연장되고, 슬롯은 외면의 일부에만 걸쳐 길이방향으로 연장되는 것인, 적어도 하나의 다이 블록;외면에 대해 평행한 길이방향 어레이 디멘션, 및 길이방향 어레이 디멘션에 대해 수직이고 외면에 대해 평행한 폭을 형성하도록 외면 내로 연장되는 비접속 공극들의 적어도 하나의 어레이로서, 어레이 내 임의의 공극을 관통해 슬롯의 길이방향 디멘션에 대해 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 임의의 라인의 일부는 어레이 내의 모든 공극을 통과하는 것인, 비접속 공극들의 적어도 하나의 어레이를 포함하고,여기서, 어레이 내 공극들은 각 공극의 적어도 일부가 공극들의 어레이의 길이방향 어레이 디멘션을 따라 매 폭마다 배치되도록 배치되는, 유동성 물질을 방출하기 위한 다이.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 다이 블록은 다이 블록 내에 배치된 다기관을 더 포함하고, 슬롯이 다기관과 소통되는 다이.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 다이 블록이 제거가능한 면판 부분을 더 포함하고, 외면이 면판 부분상에 배치되는 다이.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 다이 블록이 서로 제거가능하게 고정된 복수의 블록 조각을 더 포함하는 다이.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 다이 블록은 심(shim)을 더 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 지지 부재 및 공극들은 슬롯 내에 배치되는 심 내에 형성되는 것인 다이.
