Claims (4)
- 스트립(S)이 다단 사상압연기(200)에 의해 압연되는 압연 공정에서, 상기 다단 사상압연기(200)의 각 스탠드 사이에서 스트립 테일부(Sa)의 꼬임현상을 방지하기 위한 다단 사상압연기에서의 스트립 테일부의 꼬임 방지 압연방법에 있어서,상기 압연 공정은 상기 스트립(S)이 감속되어 통판되는 감속통판단계; 및상기 압연 공정은 상기 감속통판단계 후 상기 스트립(S)이 등속으로 통판되는 등속통판단계를 포함하되,상기 감속통판단계는 최적의 1차 감속시작시점(Te')을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 사상압연기에서의 스트립 테일부의 꼬임 방지 압연방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 감속통판단계는 상기 다단 사상압연기(200)의 전단 스탠드 즉, F1, F2 및 상기 F3 스탠드에서 이루어지고;상기 등속통판단계는 상기 다단 사상압연기(200)의 후단 스탠드 즉, F4, F5 및 F6 스탠드에서 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 다단 사상압연기에서의 스트립 테일부의 꼬임 방지 압연방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립(S)은 4mm 이하의 두께임을 특징으로 하는 다단 사상압연기에서의 스트립 테일부의 꼬임 방지 압연방법.
