Claims (10)
- a) 호모시스테인 및 시스테인 둘 다를 기질로서 사용하는 비특이적 데설푸라제로 체액의 제1 샘플을 처리하고, 당해 데설푸라제의 하나 이상의 생성물의 농도를 측정하여, 시스테인의 농도(tCys)와 호모시스테인의 농도(tHcy)의 합을 측정하는 단계,b) 기질로서 호모시스테인을 특이적으로 사용하는 호모시스테이나제로 체액의 제2 샘플을 처리하고, 하나 이상의 생성물의 농도를 측정하여, 총 호모시스테인 농도(tHcy)를 측정하는 단계 및c) 단계 a)에서 수득한 (tCys + tHcy)의 농도로부터 단계 b)에서 수득한 tHcy의 농도를 공제하여, 총 시스테인 농도를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 체액내의 총 시스테인 농도(tCys)의 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a) 및 단계 b)에서 측정한 생성물이 황화수소인, 체액내의 총 시스테인 농도(tCys)의 측정방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 황화수소가, 산화제 및 디알킬 페닐렌디아민으로 처리에 의해 측정되는, 체액내의 총 시스테인 농도(tCys)의 측정방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산화제가 3가 철 이온인, 체액내의 총 시스테인 농도(tCys) 의 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비특이적 데설푸라제가 피. 푸티다(P. putida)로부터 분리될 수 있는, 체액내의 총 시스테인 농도(tCys)의 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 호모시스테이나제가 티. 바기날리스(T. vaginalis)로부터 분리될 수 있는, 체액내의 총 시스테인 농도(tCys)의 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 체액이 혈청 또는 혈장인, 체액내의 총 시스테인 농도(tCys)의 측정방법.
- 시스테인과 호모시스테인 둘 다를 기질로서 사용하는 비특이적 데설푸라제와 호모시스테인을 기질로서 특이적으로 사용하는 호모시스테이나제를, 제1항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 지시서와 함께 용기에 포함하는, 총 시스테인 농도 측정용 키트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이황화물 결합을 감소시키기 위한 환원제를 추가로 포함하는, 총 시스테인 농도 측정용 키트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 생성물을 검출하기 위한, 산화제 및 N,N-디알킬 페닐렌디아민을 함유하는 시약을 추가로 포함하는, 총 시스테인 농도 측정용 키트.
