- 삭제
- 피흡착 부재의 흡인 고정에 이용하고, 또한 적어도 다공질 시트를 포함하여 구성되는 흡착 고정용 시트이며,상기 다공질 시트의 적어도 한쪽의 면에, 플라스틱의 입자를 포함하여 구성되는 입자층이 마련되어 있고,상기 입자층의 표면 거칠기(Ra)는 0.5 ㎛ 이하이고,상기 다공질 시트는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 소결체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 고정용 시트.
- 삭제
- 피흡착 부재의 흡인 고정에 이용하고, 또한 적어도 다공질 시트를 포함하여 구성되는 흡착 고정용 시트의 제조 방법이며,플라스틱 입자를 용매에 분산시킨 분산액을 제작하는 공정과,상기 분산액을 필름 상에 도포하여 도포층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 도포층 상에 다공질 시트를 적재하는 공정과,상기 도포층을 소성하는 공정과,상기 도포층에 포함되는 상기 용매를 제거하여, 상기 플라스틱 입자로 이루어지는 입자층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하고,상기 플라스틱 입자로서, 평균 입자 직경이 100 ㎛ 이하의 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 고정용 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 시트는,초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분말을 금형에 충전하고, 소결하여 블럭형 다공질체를 제작하는 공정과,상기 블럭형 다공질체를 시트형으로 절삭하여, 다공질 시트를 제작하는 공정을 적어도 행하는 것에 의해 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 고정용 시트의 제조 방법.
