Description
UHMWPE粉末(分子量900万、融点135℃、平均粒子径110μm)を内径500mm、高さ1000mmの金型に充填し、これを金属製耐圧容器に入れ、容器内を4×103Paにまで減圧した。
前記実施例1と同様にして行うことにより多孔質シートを作製した。
UHMWPE粉末(分子量200万、融点135℃、平均粒子径30μm、球状)と界面活性剤とイオン交換水とを混合し、分散液を調製した。分散液の固形分は40体積%とした。この分散液を、表面にコロナ処理したポリイミドフィルム(カプトン100H)上にアプリケータを用いて塗布した。塗布層の厚さ(溶媒を含む)は、100μmとした。
実施例1で用いたUHMWPE多孔質シートの上面に厚み0.25mmのPETフィルム(東レ製ルミラーS10)を積層し、プレス装置にてプレスした。プレスの条件としては、温度140℃、圧力5×103Paとし3時間加熱した。その後、プレスした状態で冷却して、表面を平滑化した比較例2に係る吸着固定用シートを作製した。
以上のようにして作製した各吸着固定用シートについて、表面粗さ及び引張り強度をそれぞれ測定した。それらの結果を下記表1に示す。尚、測定方法及び測定条件は以下の通りである。
吸着固定用シートの表面粗さは、触針式表面粗さ計((株)東京精密、サーフコム550A)を用いて測定した。測定条件は、先端径R250μm、速度0.3mm/sec、測定長4mmとした。
引張り強度は、引張り試験機((株)島津製作所製、オートグラフAG−I)を用いて測定した。測定条件は、試料幅10mm、引張速度200mm/minとした。
各吸着固定用シートの厚さは、1/1000マイクロメータを用いて測定した。
各吸着固定用シートの通気性は、フラジール試験機を用いて測定した。また、通気性は、各吸着固定用シート全体の厚み方向に対する値である。
接着力は、引張試験機((株)島津製作所製、オートグラフAG−1)を用いて測定した。測定条件としては、粘着テープ(no.31B、日東電工製、19mm幅)を用いて、20Nローラ1往復で貼り付け、室温放置を5分間、引き剥がし方向を180°、引き剥がし速度を300mm/分とした。

Claims (5)
- 被吸着部材の吸引固定に用い、かつ少なくとも多孔質シートを含み構成される吸着固定用シートであって、
前記多孔質シートの少なくとも一方の面に、プラスティックの粒子を含み構成される粒子層が設けられており、
前記粒子層の表面粗さ(Ra)は、0.5μm以下であることを特徴とする吸着固定用シート。 - 前記多孔質シートは、超高分子量ポリエチレンを含む焼結体から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸着固定用シート。
- 被吸着部材の吸引固定に用い、かつ少なくとも多孔質シートを含み構成される吸着固定用シートの製造方法であって、
プラスティック粒子を溶媒に分散させた分散液を作製する工程と、
前記分散液をフィルム上に塗布して塗布層を形成する工程と、
前記塗布層上に多孔質シートを載置する工程と、
前記塗布層を焼成する工程と、
前記塗布層に含まれる前記溶媒を除去して、前記プラスティック粒子からなる粒子層を形成する工程とを含むことを特徴とする吸着固定用シートの製造方法。 - 前記プラスティック粒子として、平均粒子径が100μm以下のものを使用することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の吸着固定用シートの製造方法。
- 前記多孔質シートは、
超高分子量ポリエチレン粉末を金型に充填し、所定条件で焼結してブロック状多孔質体を作製する工程と、
前記ブロック状多孔質体を所定厚さのシート状に切削して、多孔質シートを作製する工程とを少なくとも行うことにより作製されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の吸着固定用シートの製造方法。
