Claims (4)
- 건조 대상물에 건조용 열풍을 작용시켜서 건조하는 건조부(3);건조 대상물 통과 후의 배풍을 상기 건조용 열풍에 합류시키는 리턴통로(41, 44); 및배풍의 리턴량을 조절하는 조절장치(22, 23)를 구비한 건조장치에 있어서:상기 건조용 열풍과 상기 배풍의 합류 공기에 의한 건조풍의 건조실(13) 내에 있어서의 절대습도(HD)를 산출하는 제 1 산출부;상기 건조풍의 포화 수증기압에 있어서의 절대습도(HF)를 산출하는 제 2 산출부;건조풍의 절대습도(HD)와 포화 수증기압에 있어서의 절대습도(HF)를 비교하는 비교부; 및상기 건조풍의 절대습도(HD)가 포화 수증기압에 있어서의 절대습도(HF)에 도달하거나 또는 이 절대습도(HF)의 근방에 설정한 상한 절대습도(β·HF)를 상회하는 것을 검출하면 상기 조절장치(22, 23)에 대하여 배풍 리턴량을 감소시키는 신호를 출력하고, 상기 건조풍의 절대습도(HD)가 포화 수증기압에 있어서의 절대습도(HF)보다 소정치 낮게 설정한 하한 절대습도(α·HF)를 밑도는 것을 검출하면 상기 조절장치(22, 23)에 대하여 배풍 리턴량을 증가시키는 신호를 출력하는 제어부(F1)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치.
- 건조 대상물에 건조용 열풍을 작용시켜서 건조하는 건조부(3);건조 대상물 통과 후의 배풍을 상기 건조용 열풍에 합류시키는 리턴통로(41, 44); 및배풍의 리턴량을 조절하는 조절장치(22, 23)를 구비한 건조장치에 있어서:건조 중의 건조 대상물의 수분을 검출하는 수분계(10);상기 수분계(10)에서 검출된 건조 대상물의 수분값에 기초하여 상기 배풍의 가상 절대습도(U)를 산출하는 가상 절대습도 산출부;상기 가상 절대습도(U)를, 건조실(13) 내의 건조풍의 포화 수증기압에 있어서의 절대습도(HF) 또는 상기 절대습도(HF) 근방에 설정한 상한 절대습도(β·HF)와, 상기 포화 수증기압에 있어서의 절대습도(HF)보다 소정치 낮게 설정한 하한 절대습도(α·HF)의 범위로 하는 상기 배풍 리턴량 또는 배풍 리턴 비율로 설정하는 설정부; 및설정된 배풍 리턴량 또는 배풍 리턴 비율로 조절장치(22, 23)를 작동하는 제어부(F2)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 외기 절대습도(Z)를 검출하는 외기 절대습도 검출부를 설치하고, 상기 외기 절대습도(Z)가 전회 검출된 값보다 높은 측으로의 변동을 검출하면 배풍 리턴량을 소정량 감소시키거나 또는 배풍 리턴 비율을 소정치 저하시키는 보정을 행하고, 상기 외기 절대습도(Z)가 전회 검출된 값보다 낮은 측으로의 변동을 검출하면 배풍 리턴량을 소정량 증가시키거나 또는 배풍 리턴 비율을 소정치 상승시키는 보정을 행하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 제어부(F2)에 입력된 건조 대상물의 수분검출 결과에 기초하여 건조 대상물의 건감률(W)을 산출하는 건감률 산출부를 설치하고, 상기 건감률(W)이 전회 검출된 값보다 높은 측으로 변동할 때는 배풍 리턴량을 소정량 감소시키거나 또는 배풍 리턴 비율을 소정치 저하시키는 보정을 행하고, 상기 건감률(W)이 전회 검출된 값보다 낮은 측으로 변동할 때는 배풍 리턴량을 소정량 증가시키거나 또는 배풍 리턴 비율을 소정치 상승시키는 보정을 행하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치.
