Claims (12)
- (a) 일반식RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf(식중, Rf는 퍼플루오로 저급알킬기, p, q, r은 전부 정수이고, 합계가 25∼ 45의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 25㎟/sec 이하의 동점도(40℃)를 갖는 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유 및 (b) 일반식RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf(식중, Rf는 퍼플루오로 저급알킬기, p, q, r은 전부 정수이고, 합계가 100∼200의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 250㎟/sec 이상의 동점도(40℃)를 갖는 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유를 함유하는 동점도(40℃) 40∼150㎟/sec의 기유와, (c) 증조제로서 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 함유하여 이루어지는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,일반식RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf로 표시되는 분자구조의 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유에 있어서, r=0의 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유를 (a)성분으로, r=0의 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유를 (b)성분으로서 사용하는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (c) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 증조제가, (d) 0.5㎛ 이하의 입자지름인 것 5∼95질량% 및 (e) 5㎛ 이상의 입자지름인 것 95∼5질량%로 구성되는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(f) 일반식RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf(식중, Rf는 퍼플루오로 저급알킬기, p, q, r은 전부 정수이고, 합계가 50∼80의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 동점도(40℃) 40∼150㎟/sec의 동점도(40℃)를 갖는 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유를, 기유 전체의 20질량% 이하로 포함하여 이루어지는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 저토크 그리스조성물을 봉입한 자동차용 전제(電制) 스로틀 모터용 축받이.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 저토크 그리스조성물을 봉입한 항공기용 모터 축받이.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,(c) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 증조제가, (d) 0.5㎛ 이하의 입자지름인 것 5∼95질량% 및 (e) 5㎛ 이상의 입자지름인 것 95∼5질량%로 구성되는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,(f) 일반식RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf(식중, Rf는 퍼플루오로 저급알킬기, p, q, r은 전부 정수이고, 합계가 50∼80의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 동점도(40℃) 40∼150㎟/sec의 동점도(40℃)를 갖는 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유를, 기유 전체의 20질량% 이하로 포함하여 이루어지는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,(f) 일반식RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf(식중, Rf는 퍼플루오로 저급알킬기, p, q, r은 전부 정수이고, 합계가 50∼80의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 동점도(40℃) 40∼150㎟/sec의 동점도(40℃)를 갖는 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유를, 기유 전체의 20질량% 이하로 포함하여 이루어지는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,(f) 일반식RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf(식중, Rf는 퍼플루오로 저급알킬기, p, q, r은 전부 정수이고, 합계가 50∼80의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 동점도(40℃) 40∼150㎟/sec의 동점도(40℃)를 갖는 직쇄형 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르유를, 기유 전체의 20질량% 이하로 포함하여 이루어지는 저토크 그리스조성물.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 저토크 그리스조성물을 봉입한 자동차용 전제(電制) 스로틀 모터용 축받이.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 저토크 그리스조성물을 봉입한 항공기용 모터 축받이.
