Claims (32)
- u(Al2O3-TiO2) + v(R) + w(3Al2O3-2SiO2) + x(Al2O3) + y(SiO2) + z(1.1SrO-1.5Al2O3-13.6SiO2-TiO2) + a(Fe2O3-TiO 2) + b(MgO-2TiO2)를 포함하는 조성을 가지며, 여기서, R은 SrO-Al2O3-2SiO2 또는 11.2SrO-10.9Al2O3 -24.1SiO2-TiO2이고, u, v, w, x, y, z, a 및 b는 각 성분의 중량분율로서, (u+v+w+x+y+z+a+b=1)이고, 0.5<u≤0.95, 0.01<v≤0.5, 0.01<w≤0.5, 0<x≤0.5, 0<y≤0.1, 0<z≤0.5, 0<a≤0.3, 및 0<b≤0.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R은 SrO-Al2O3-2SiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R은 11.2SrO-10.9Al2O3-24.1SiO2-TiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.
- 제1항에 따른 세라믹 제품과 전방 입구말단에서 출구 말단으로 바디를 가로지르는 평행한 말단-플러그된 다수의 셀 체널을 포함하는 플러그된, 월-플로우 허니컴 필터 바디를 포함하는 디젤 입상 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디젤 입상 필터는 실온 내지 800℃-1000℃의 온도에서 측정된 바에 따라, 15×10-7/℃ 미만의 CTE를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입상 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디젤 입상 필터는 30부피% 내지 50부피%의 기공률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입상 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디젤 입상 필터는 5 내지 25마이크로미터의 평균 기공 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입상 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디젤 입상 필터는 200cpsi의 셀밀도 및 0.016인치의 두께를 갖는 벽을 갖는 150 내지 400psi의 셀형 바(bar) 상에서 측정된 바에 따라, 1점의 곡강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입상 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디젤 입상 필터는 적어도 0.20×10-12㎡의 투과도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입상 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디젤 입상 필터는 평방 인치당 273셀 밀도 및 0.015인치의 셀 벽 두께에 대해서 최대 5g/L의 인공 탄소 수트 하중 및 분당 210의 표준 입방 피트(scfm)의 유속에서 5kPa 또는 그 미만의 압력강하(pressure drop)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입상 필터.
- (a) 실리카, 알루미나, 스트론튬, 티타니아, 및 산화철의 소스를 포함하는 무기 원료 물질의 배치(batch)를 가소제, 윤활제, 바인더, 및 용매로서 물을 포함하는 유기 가공제(organic processing)와 함께 제형화하고 혼합하여 균질하고 가소화된 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계;(b) 상기 가소화된 혼합물을 그린 바디로 성형시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 그린 바디를 30-50시간의 주기(period) 동안 1100-1650℃ 사이의 온도 및 시간을 유지시키면서 여러가지(various) 온도 간격에 걸쳐 20-40℃/hr에서 가열하여 u(Al2O3-TiO2) + v(R) + w(3Al2O3-2SiO2) + x(Al2O3) + y(SiO2) + z(1.1SrO-1.5Al2O3-13.6SiO2-TiO2) + a(Fe2O3-TiO2) + b(MgO-2TiO2)를 포함하는 조성을 갖는 세라믹을 형성시키는 단계, 여기서, R은 SrO-Al2O3-2SiO2 또는 11.2SrO-10.9Al2O3-24.1SiO2-TiO2이고, u, v, w, x, y, z, a 및 b는 각 성분의 중량분율로서, (u+v+w+x+y+z+a+b=1)이고, 0.5<u≤0.95, 0.01<v≤0.5, 0.01<w≤0.5, 0<x≤0.5, 0<y≤0.1, 0<z≤0.5, 0<a≤0.3, 및 0<b≤0.3임;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 티타네이트-계 세라믹 바디의 제조방법.
