Claims (14)
- 움직임 보상이 실행되는 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록의 화소에 대해 코딩 왜곡을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 변환 블록은 주파수 변환이 적용되는 단위이고,상기 방법은상기 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록의 블록 경계가, 각각이 움직임 보상을 적용하는 단위인, 인접하는 2개의 움직임 보상 블록의 경계도 되는지의 여부를 결정하고, 또한, 동일한 매크로 블록 내에 있는 상기 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록의 움직임 보상 오차가 영(0)인지의 여부를 결정하는 단계와,상기 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록의 화소에서 코딩 왜곡을 제거할 것인지의 여부를 선택하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 선택하는 단계에서는, 상기 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록 중 하나가 상기 인접하는 2개의 움직임 보상 블록 중 하나 내에 있고, 다른 하나의 변환 블록이 상기 인접하는 2개의 움직임 보상 블록 중 다른 하나 내에 있을 때, 코딩 왜곡을 제거하는 것으로 선택하고, 상기 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록의 움직임 보상 오차가 영(0)이고, 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록의 블록 경계가 상기 인접하는 2개의 움직임 보상 블록 중 어느 하나 내에 있는 인접하는 2개의 변환 블록의 경계일 때, 코딩 왜곡을 제거하지 않는 것으로 선택하며,상기 인접하는 2개의 움직임 보상 블록 각각의 블록 크기는, 상기 매크로 블록의 블록 크기보다는 작고 상기 변환 블록의 블록 크기보다는 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 코딩 왜곡 제거 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 매크로 블록의 블록 크기는 16×16 화소 크기이고,상기 변환 블록의 블록 크기는 4×4 화소 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코딩 왜곡 제거 방법.
