Claims (16)
- 주섬유와 바인더 섬유를 포함하는 부직포(20)를 갖는 차량 외장용 흡음재(10)로서,상기 부직포(20)는, 상기 부직포(20)의 표면에 부여된 파우더 형상 수지가 상기 부직포(20)와 함께 가열되고, 압착되고, 냉각됨으로써 형성된 수지층(30)을 구비하고,상기 수지층(30)은, 상기 파우더 형상 수지가 용융되어 형성된 융착수지부(30a)와, 상기 파우더 형상 수지가 입자 상태인 채로 잔존하는 입자잔존부(30b)를 보유하고,상기 융착수지부(30a) 및 상기 입자잔존부(30b)는 상기 수지층(30) 전체에 걸쳐 분포하고, 상기 입자잔존부(30b) 사이에 형성되어 있는 미세 구멍에 의해 상기 수지층(30)의 표면측으로부터 상기 부직포(20) 측에 걸쳐 통기가능한 다공성(porous)인 한편,상기 수지층(30)의 표면이 차량 외부에 면하도록 상기 부직포(20) 측이 상기 차량에 설치되고, 이 상태로 상기 부직포(20)의 섬유의 일부(21)가 상기 수지층(30)을 관통하여 상기 수지층(30)의 표면에 점재하여 노출하고, 이들 노출된 섬유(21)의 주위에 더욱 미세 구멍이 형성되기 쉽도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 외장용 흡음재(10).

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 주섬유는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유로 이루어지고, 상기 바인더 섬유는 상기 주섬유로서의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유보다도 융점이 낮은 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유, 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유, 또는 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유 및 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유로 이루어지는 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파우더 형상 수지는 폴리에틸렌 파우더이고, 상기 폴리에틸렌 파우더의 부여량이 50∼300 g/㎡인 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부직포는, 단위 면적의 무게가 300∼500 g/㎡이고, 상기 주섬유로서의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유가 20∼50 질량%, 상기 바인더 섬유로서의 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유 또는 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유가 50∼80 질량%인 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부직포는, 단위 면적의 무게가 100∼300 g/㎡이고, 상기 주섬유로서의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유가 50∼70 질량%, 상기 바인더 섬유로서의 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유 및 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유가 30∼50질량%인 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 파우더의 밀도가 0.910∼0.965 g/㎤인 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 상기 수지층과 반대측의 면에 접합된 제2 부직포(24)를 구비하는 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 부직포는 단위 면적의 무게가 500∼1500 g/㎡이고,상기 제2 부직포의 주섬유는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유로 이루어지며,상기 제2 부직포의 바인더 섬유는 상기 주섬유의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유보다도 융점이 낮은 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유, 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유, 또는 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유 및 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유로 이루어지는 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2 부직포는, 상기 주섬유로서의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유가 30∼50 질량%, 상기 바인더 섬유로서의 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유, 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유, 또는 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유 및 저융점 폴리프로필렌 섬유가 50∼70 질량%인 차량 외장용 흡음재.
- 주섬유와 바인더 섬유를 포함하는 부직포(20)의 차량 외부 측이 되는 표면에 파우더 형상 수지를 부여하는 단계와,상기 부직포(20)와 상기 부여된 파우더 형상 수지를 상기 파우더 형상 수지의 융점보다 25℃~50℃ 높은 온도에서 50~100초간 가열하여 상기 파우더 형상 수지의 일부를 입자 상태인 채로 잔존시키면서 용융시키는 단계와,상기 가열된 부직포(20)와 파우더 형상 수지를 압축하고 냉각함으로써, 상기 부직포(20)의 표면에 수지층(30)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 부직포(20)의 표면에 상기 파우더 형상 수지를 부여하는 단계를 수행할 때, 상기 부직포(20)의 섬유의 일부(21)를 상기 파우더 형상 수지의 표면에 점재하여 노출시키고,상기 수지층(30)을 형성하는 단계에서, 상기 수지층(30)은 상기 파우더 형상 수지가 용융되어 형성된 융착수지부(30a)와, 상기 파우더 형상 수지가 입자 상태인 채로 잔존하는 입자잔존부(30b)를 보유하고, 상기 융착수지부(30a) 및 상기 입자잔존부(30b)는 상기 수지층(30) 전체에 걸쳐 분포하고, 상기 입자잔존부(30b) 사이에 미세 구멍이 형성됨으로써 상기 수지층(30)의 표면측으로부터 상기 부직포(20) 측에 걸쳐 통기가능한 다공성(porous)으로 되는 한편, 상기 수지층(30)의 표면에 상기 부직포(20)의 섬유의 일부가 점재하여 노출됨으로써 이들 노출되어 있는 섬유(21)의 주위에 더욱 미세 구멍이 형성되기 쉽도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 외장용 흡음재(10)의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 파우더 형상 수지를 부여하는 단계 전에, 2종의 부직포를 접합시킴으로써 상기 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량 외장용 흡음재의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 파우더 형상 수지가 폴리에틸렌 파우더이고, 상기 폴리에틸렌 파우더의 부여량이 50∼300 g/㎡인 차량 외장용 흡음재의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 파우더의 밀도는 0.910∼0.965 g/㎤인 차량 외장용 흡음재의 제조 방법.
