Claims (6)
- 가스 방전을 위한 전극을 피복하는 유전체층 위에 성막된 산화마그네슘막을 갖는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널로서,상기 산화마그네슘막의 산소 결손량이 3.0×1017∼1.0×1020개/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화마그네슘막의 산소 결손량이 3.0×1017∼1.0×1018개/㎤인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 산화마그네슘막의 결정 배향성이 (220)면 배향인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 전면 기판과,상기 전면 기판 위에 형성된 표시 전극과,상기 전면 기판 위에 상기 표시 전극을 피복하도록 형성된 유전체층과,상기 유전체층 위에 형성된 산화 마그네슘층을 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레 이 패널로서,상기 산화마그네슘막의 산소 결손량이 3.0×1017∼1.0×1020개/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 산화마그네슘막의 산소 결손량이 3.0×1017∼1.0×1018개/㎤인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 산화마그네슘막의 결정 배향성이 (220)면 배향인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
