Claims (5)
- 디트리데실 프탈산(ditridecyl phthalate, DTDP)의 제조과정에 있어서,1) 무수 프탈산(phthalic anhydried, PA)과 트리데실 알콜(tri-decyl alcohol, TDA)을 회분식 반응기에 투입하는 단계;2) 무수 프탈산과 트리데실 알콜을 반응시키는 상압 반응단계;3) 상기 상압 반응의 혼합물을 냉각시키는 냉각 단계;4) 수산화 나트륨 수용액을 투입하여 미반응된 무수 프탈산을 제거하는 탈산 단계;5) 무수 프탈산이 제거된 혼합물을 층분리 시킨 뒤 침강된 비누(soap)부분을 제거하는 일차 정치 단계;6) 비누 부분이 제거된 상기 5)단계의 혼합물에 물과 무수망초를 투입하여 수세하는 수세 단계;7) 수세가 끝난 혼합물 하부의 물을 제거하는 이차 정치 단계; 및8) 탈수 및 과량으로 투입된 트리데실 알콜을 회수하는 진공 반응 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DTDP 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 1)의 무수 프탈산과 트리데실 알콜의 비율은 1 : 2.03 내지 1 : 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 DTDP 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 3)의 냉각은 70 내지 80℃로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 DTDP 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 6)의 물은 비누 부분이 제거된 단계 5)의 혼합물 부피의 8 내지 15%, 무수망초는 상기 물의 양의 4 내지 8%를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DTDP 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 8) 이후에 냉각 및 여과, 포장하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DTDP 제조방법.
