Claims (15)
- 적어도 2개의 층을 포함하는 다층 광학 간섭계가 코팅된 폴리머 필름으로서, 상기 층들 각각은, 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들을 표면에 갖는 나노스케일 무기 입자성 고체들을 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 교차결합시켜서 상기 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들에 의해서 교차결합되는 층을 형성함으로써 얻어지며,상기 나노스케일 무기 입자성 고체들은 200 nm 이하의 평균입자크기를 가지되, SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, ZnO, Ta2O5, SnO2, Al2O3, 보에마이트, AlO(OH) 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고,상기 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들은 아크릴로일, 메타크릴로일, 비닐, 알릴 또는 에폭시 기를 가진 유기 라디칼 중에서 선택되는,다층 광학 간섭계로 코팅된 폴리머 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나노스케일 무기 입자성 고체들이 SiO2 및/또는 TiO2 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 적용된 층들이 열처리시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름.
- 기재 및 그 위에 적층된 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서의 폴리머 필름을 포함하는 복합 재료.
- a) 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들을 표면에 갖는 나노스케일 무기 입자성 고체들을 포함하는 코팅 졸을 폴리머 필름에 적용하는 단계,b) 상기 입자성 고체들의 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들을 교차결합시켜서 적어도 부분적으로 유기적으로 교차결합된 층을 형성시키는 단계,c) 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들 및 하기 코팅 졸과 다른 굴절률을 갖는 나노스케일 무기 입자성 고체들을 포함하는 추가의 코팅 졸을 상기 적어도 부분적으로 유기적으로 교차결합된 층에 적용하는 단계,d) 상기 입자성 고체들의 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들을 교차결합시켜서 추가의 층을 형성시키는 단계,e) 만약 필요하면, c) 및 d) 단계를 한 번 또는 그 이상 반복하여 적어도 부분적으로 유기적으로 교차결합된 층을 형성시키는 단계, 및f) 만약 필요하면, 최상층에 대한 d) 단계와 함께 이 단계를 수행하는 것이 가능하다면 층 조립체에 열처리하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 나노스케일 무기 입자성 고체들은 200 nm 이하의 평균입자크기를 가지되, SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, ZnO, Ta2O5, SnO2, Al2O3, 보에마이트, AlO(OH) 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고,상기 중합 및/또는 축중합이 가능한 유기 표면 기들은 아크릴로일, 메타크릴로일, 비닐, 알릴 또는 에폭시 기를 가진 유기 라디칼 중에서 선택되며,다른 굴절률들을 갖는 적어도 2개의 층을 갖는 다층 간섭계로 코팅된 폴리머 필름의 생산방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, f)단계에 따라 층 조립체의 열 처리가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 20 중량% 이하의 총 고체 함유량을 갖는 코팅 졸이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 유기적으로 교차결합된 층(들)의 형성이 80℃ 내지 200℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 층 조립체의 열 처리가 80℃ 내지 100℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 층들이 리버스-롤 코팅에 의해 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합 재료의 반사방지계, 반사계, 반사 필터 또는 컬러 필터의 제조용으로 사용되는 폴리머 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기재가 유리 또는 플라스틱 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 적용된 코팅 졸이 15 중량% 이하의 총 고체 함유량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 복합 재료의 반사방지계, 반사계, 반사 필터 또는 컬러 필터의 제조용으로 사용되는 복합 재료.
